Great stay. Even though booked last minute, they provided a clean and good room. The breakfast is worth the cost and really enjoyed.

The reception and check in process was excellent and smooth. Welcome gift of 2x cookies was a great warming gesture. One of the negatives was upon entering the room was a strong cleaning chemicals odour rather than a nice room fragrance that greeted us. The other negative was the pillow case does not smell fresh too. Overall its still an above average stay at the hotel

Working stuffs were all nice, especially to children. Breakfast was fabulous. This is the only one hotel I like at JB.

No fault of Hilton’s, but with the ongoing construction around in the area, it's pretty hard to get around.
During check in, we were given 2 warm cookies which was a nice touch.
We were given a king sized room that was meant for the disabled so beware that the water can splash all over the bathroom and there could be more towels provided.
The pillow linen didn't smell crisp, kinda a bit stale. But it's OK, we still slept well.
We are open to staying here again nonetheless.

Great service and ease of check in. TV broke down but was quickly replaced, amenities like toothbrush and towels were not given according. We had access to executive lounge but have to go early for the pre-dinner drinks as we had to wait 30mins for available table. About 10mins walk from City Square & Komtar Other than that, excellent service from all the staff!

Great service, though check-in time was not as prompt as I expected. Nice welcome cookie!
Also, the steam room was great! But towels need to stocked up more vigilantly. And the water dispenser too, both in the steam room and in the gym.
Breakfast and lunch buffet was decent. Service was excellent. Spread was v good, and the vegetables and fruits were fresh. I loved the morning juice station!!! Would be nice to offer more nuts and seeds, as part of condiments.

Located about 10 mins walk from JB City Square Mall, location was good. Good view overlooking the causeway. Breakfast was great with a good selection of Western and Asian selection. Rooms were clean but the shower area in our room needs more attention. Can see signs of molding from moisture and if not maintained regularly can be an issue pretty quickly. Gym and pool were nice.

All are good - new, clean, pleasant room, deli welcome cookie, good lounge and food. But breakfast wise - it could be better if there are more meats such as beef rendang or curry/Merak chicken to accompany Nasi lemak. Also jacuzzi water is not hot, and a guest wearing office pants and shirt in there as there are no staff looking after.

Location and hotel overall is good. However, for the price point I thought breakfast would have been included but no. It is payable upon check in at a slightly cheaper price than walking in during breakfast.

It was a very pleasant stay with good service and the hotel was clean and nice. The only thing was that the surroundings had a lot of construction and was very dark in the night.

Very nice and warm hotel. Also close to shopping malls and restaurants in a walking distance of 5 minutes. Great view for part of the city and distance. Nearby mosques broadcasts in fixed timings are still audible through windows. Quite an exotic experience.

OK hotel in Johor, its expensive and doesn't match up to price point, opted for executive lounge access only to be told it was full when I went to meet a colleague. staff are not as attentive as other 4-5 star hotels in the area I have stayed in for lees cost.

Like: Good room layout. Pleasant carpet colour. Room was ready when I checked in.
Dislike: Restaurant closes early at 10pm. Breakfast on Sat was crowded which was almost full at its peak.
