We liked the beach, the layout of the property, the service, the food.

We stayed for 4-nights. Although there were two weddings during our stay, it wasn’t as noisy as we thought it would be and their operations for staying guests did not stop. Their best assets at the resort are their food and their staff!
If I can make one suggestion, most toilets I used at the resort had toilet seats that were smaller than the actual toilet. Change those to the correct toilet seat size, and everything would be perfect!

South Palms is an awesome place to relax. It’s not overly populated, peaceful and staff are great! One thing I enjoyed the most was the massage. The therapists were all great and friendly plus a wonderful view to savour after the treatment.
The room was nice but the aircon inside our room was not as strong as my children’s room. An exhaust inside the bathroom would be a good addition 😁
Overall, it was an amazing stay! I can recommend this place to my family and friends.

South Palm is an excellent place for vacation. It is quiet and the rooms were very clean in fact they make sure that you have a clean room all the time that they clean it 2x/ day. Never seen one with this service. The buffet breakfast in the morning was very good with variety of options for you to choose. They even offered to pack your breakfast when you go for day trip isn’t that amazing. The staf were all respectful and treat you well for all your needs. Their beaches were well maintained. They have staff that clean the sides of the beach each morning. I love their massage the therapist were excellent they do a very good cnn job and maintain your privacy. Over all this is the place to unwind and enjoy your vacation very done.

AC UNIT In room was not working . Unit made a big cracking sound on wall and the room was warm because the AC did not work. We asked for a room transfer because of the AC malfunction.
We received no apology or regret note for the inconvenience we had during our stay.
Needs improvement on facility and building being a 4 star hotel.

i love everything!..the property ; ( toiletries is not that great but it’s fine… we brought our own) Garden and lawns are kept clean and well trimmed. the restaurant is fine although they could improve the menu. the nightly entertainment is awesome! the staff are nice and very accommodating. the whole place is excellent!

The palm trees and the sea are so pretty. I really liked the beach front room. They clean the room for just one night. However, it was not cool because the air conditioner was broken, and it was uncomfortable because the shower was all-in-one. I don't have much food for breakfast either.

One of the best place to stay in panglao, bohol. Very clean, the beach is beautiful and the service is good. Nice breakfast as well. Will definitely come back again

The room smells like Mildew. The air conditioner made noise all night. We had no hot water for two different days. We will not recommend this property to friends and family.

I’m writing this as an American tourist that has been to all-inclusive resorts in Cancun and Costa Rica a few times (to help you American readers compare). This resort is 5 stars. Staff is very nice and helpful. The beach itself is amazing. Clear waters, white soft sand. Just watch out for the sea urchins. Staff can give you more details about that. They have some kayaks available for 30 minute rental too. Pools are nice and clean. The breakfast buffet is better than any buffet I’ve ate at in the (family friendly) all-inclusive resorts in Mexico/CR, with authentic Filipino food. Spa is a bit pricey compared to massage spas in Tagbilaran City but that’s expected with resorts.
Since we stayed just a day we didnt have a chance to enjoy all their amenities.
If you want peace and quietness, this is the place for you.

The resort was absolutely lovely - the beach, the accommodations, the food and especially the people. It has a long stretch of beach so it's never crowded. The breakfast had some variation everyday. We loved the native hot chocolate drink. Everyone was just so courteous and helpful. We also loved the massage by the beach. The sunrise was beautiful. The soundproofing of the rooms was excellent. Easy check in and fast check out. We also appreciated the visit to their South Farms. We had a great time there as well. The only thing I'd like them to change is maybe add a bit more bath soap and maybe provide a water source so guests can wash up before entering their rooms.

I didn’t like the construction noise that was going on near our room and the weddings/celebrations which occurred which was a disturbance in the evening. But this will not always occur and overall I enjoyed my stay. Live music at the bar/restaurant is also nice every night and the breakfast buffet was very nice. They also have a nice romantic dinner by the beach if you want something special with your partner.
