Could have been a bit cleaner, and it was rather cold too. There was also no coffee pot in the room. The coffee was there, but no pot! But the staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant!

The place was ok for the nights stay. The checking was good and fast as most was done through Expedia. Day clerk was very curtious. Would stay here again if needed to be in Saskatoon.

this is the dirtiest place i’ve ever stated in! garbage in elevator, dirty bedding, dirty tv, dirty walls, disgusting dirty a/c like someone spilled a drink on it and it dried there and never cleaned! and never have i been charged $250 damage deposit on cc for staying in much nicer hotels!! will never stay again

Please, avoid this place! More like a crack house instead of a hotel. The AC unit was extremely dirty, and there were strange drippings on the walls. When the front desk was called he said it was not his problem, that the cleansing team was on until 4 pm. The rooms had a bad smell, I believe the last health inspector was there a long time ago (2016 or so). I honestly don't know how is this place still active. I wish I had pictures but, it was so disgusting I couldn't do it.

The location was convenient for me. The rooms were spacious and in good condition. There were dining (but not breakfast) facilities next door. The room service did not consistently provide facecloths with the towels. We needed to ask staff for these on several occasions.

The young fellow that helped us find our way and direct us to our dining, etc was just a lovely person. Thank you.

0/10! Very unsafe. The guy at the desk locks the doors at night and you have to call while you’re standing at the entrance for him to come left you in. Smells strongly of smoke even though it states nonsmoking. First room had dirty sheets. Asked to move to a different room. Sheets looked better but table was filthy, not cleaned. Bathroom not cleaned. Toilet clogged and flooded with feces. Went back to the front as we were no longer willing to stay there. Adult Son forgot food in fridge. Clerk took him back up to get it and asked him if we’d stay if he took the sheets from the room with the clogged toilet and put them on the bed in the other room. If I could give the rating as a minus I’d give it lower than zero. Not sure how they are allowed to operate!

Walked to supper. Many choices nearby.Freindly front desk staff. Needed to fetch a towel and face cloth from the front desk as only one of each in the room when we arrived.

The area was sketchy, people hanging around outside that didnt make u feel safe at all or your vehicle. U walk in and really no communication from the desk, and then get to ur room and walking in the hall and all you smell is smoke, the room only had 1 bath towel, there was 2 adults for this trip. Didnt have conditioner only shampoo and lotion and soap. The couch in there was full of stains so never sat on it, the bed didnt have a fitted sheet on it so after sleeping the sheet was off the corners. Just a terrible stay all in all. Definitely wont be staying there again.

Cute hotel. Got a basic room only minor complaints are theres no microwave and very few (and mostly awkwardly placed) outlets. Has a nice little view where we are and being right in the mall is amazing. Room has 2 double beds and a bunk bed so would be great for families. Always busy but mostly quiet (occasional hallway traffic noise).

I have never left a review before but we stayed here because of the close vicinity to the hospital and it was very dirty, if I hadn't prepaid would not have stayed. Finger prints on walls, doors, furniture. Stains on bedding, couch pillows. Table was sticky, a dirty ring around tub. Air-conditioner had a thick layer of dust and dirt and didn't work properly. Curtains were sun bleached in spots so thin, let light through. 'Street people' hanging around. Trouble with key card twice. Had a refrigerator but the freezer hadn't been defrosted in a very long time, unable to use. Stuffy,hot and smelled old. We will never stay again......the online advertising is misleading!! It was cheaper so I guess you get what you pay for!!

Seriously disgusting hotel. Bunch of shady locals smoking up front of hotel at night too. Didnt end up staying overnight and moved to another hotel

The room wreaked of smoke and it was to be non smoking. When we walked through the front foyer, you could smell weed. I would not stay here ever again or even recommend it. Sorry for the negative review but it was bad

Very violent and dangerous area. Inn is between two dive bars both of which close at 2am...but low life's still leaving the bars at 3am. Caught two people looking inside my car with flashlights. Manager had to investigate and reprieve homeless walking around the premises. Police showed up at 2am to deal with a domestic dispute inside the Inn. Was told by the manager to ensure the door bolt and windows remained locked at all times because drug addicts will crawl through the window if left open. Rooms are grungy. I laid on top of the sheets. I didnt sleep at all...great risk of theft and violence. I was harrassed at the nect door gas station. Manager was sympathetic and apologizing explained that police ate unable to effectively deal with the situation...gave me $25 for my inconvenience.

Very unorganized. Many items missing in room. Gym not working. Not a great stay. Service counter was good.

Checked in, saw big red stain on the carpet and cigarette burns on the bedding. Checked the mattress and found bed bugs. Immediately went to check out, and they wouldn’t cancel the room. I called Expedia and they took care of it after I shared pictures and spent some time online and on the phone with customer service. Expecting a refund in a few days.

I've stayed here several times and although it's not the fanciest place out there it's a convenient place to stay for what I'm in Saskatoon for.

Overall it wasn’t a bad stay at all.. My only issues I had with this place is that I asked for 1 extra hour to leave so that would be 12:00pm and the Lady told me I had to pay $50 thats not fair at all!! I came to check in at 2:45 and my room wasn’t ready which was FINE by me he said 30-45 mins they didn’t compensate me for that 30 mins. I had to pay then go back get my key at the lobby.. So, honestly I have never had a issue for 1 hour extra at any other hotel so beware for that, glad I called when I did or they would of kept $50 of mine for 1 hour.

The photos are deceiving. The sheets were not tucked in, the bedding was dirty, and the reception desk was inpatient with us.

Was the worst experience of hotels for me. Dirty bed & pillow covers, not enough hygiene material or coffee/tea in the rooms, and electrical problems. The location was great and the staff were friendly and cooperative.

Convenient for travelling and access.

I picked this hotel because it was within walking distance of relatives I was visiting. I was pleasantly surprised to find that is was very close to shopping and restaurants.

Front desk was not very friendly. They do not look at their Expedia reservations frequently and we were told we didn’t have a reservation, but then they found it in the Expedia folder. A lot of attitude and just a downed demeanour all around

Our room did not have wash cloths or a bath Matt. And only enough coffee for one person. I didn’t bother calling the front desk as there was a language barrier. I would just pay the extra 30-50$ and stay elsewhere next time.
