Great place! Older hotel, but recently remodeled. Room was immaculate and very comfortable. Only thing was the toilet was loose. Staff was very courteous and friendly. We will definitely be staying there again!

The staff is wonderful. My Google maps was not working and they talked me through the directions (I was on the backroads and not on 75). This is a great little place to rest and recoup. Very kind people and the location is perfect.

The old guy at the front desk was very rude. I booked the room online and checkin was at 2:00pm in which i arrived shortly after. Room was not ready, he claimed he had no control over when its ready and that i could go else where. I worked a 12hr night shift i just wanted a room, price wise as well as distance from the hospital I worked this was my better option. He did offer me a room with no hot water as an option or i could pay more for a 2 bedroom. I told him i would just wait for the room i reserved. He said it would be 30 min. I left and came back with in 45min to an hour and was told it would take another 30min as he chuckled stating the cleanup crew was on lunch. I left again and wasted more time upon return way past an hour it was finally ready. As hes getting everything squared away for me he stops to stare at the movie he was watching on TV, the lady on the other side of the counter who was watching TV with him started hitting the counter top to get his attention and was like get her her room. She paused the movie to help him focus. When he was done he sat my room key and remote next to the lady purse. When he stopped moving the lady was like is she ready he said yeah she can go, i sat the stuff right there. Neither one of us knew I was all set. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN, NOT ONE SORRY, THANK YOU, ENJOY YOUR STAY ETC. The old guy was rude with a bad attitude and terrible customer service. Maybe if i was white customer service may have been better, not sure!

Not clean, musty smell, my bathroom fan had no cover with exposed, filthy wiring. I touched very little in the room. It was very troubling but I didn’t have a backup plan so I slept in my clothes on top of the bed

Probably one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The non smoking rooms were all full so we were in a smoking room. While some smell is expected, the smell was just strange. You’re hit with it the second you walk in. The tv appears to be a smart tv but without any wifi or internet connectivity, it’s mostly useless. My girlfriend found one channel in Spanish but couldn’t find any after that. The marquee out front says best value in town but remember, this is the cheapest hotel in town for a reason. How it’s legal to operate a business like this is amazing. If you have any dignity or self respect, for the love of God don’t stay here.

The filthiness is unbelievable! I took a shower, walked to my bed and the bottom of my feet were already black from the floor.

Cons: The elderly man who checked us in was quite rude and very grumpy. The room was non-smoking but reeked of smoke as if it used to be a smoking room that has been converted. The couch in the room was stained and looked disgusting. We asked for a sheet to lay over it so we could sit down on it. The bed had a huge downward slant on the head end. We had to flip the blankets and sleep with our heads on the foot end. One side of the footboard stuck out so far it was sure to stub a few toes so I put a pillow on the floor next to it to force us to walk around it. Our flight was cancelled last minute so our hands were tied and we needed to find a place to stay... I didn't bother complaining about any of it because I didn't think the grumpy old man behind the desk would care and we were desperate for a place to stay. I've never met someone with such poor customer service skills. He yelled at me for booking on Hotels.com just 10 minutes before arriving. He said "You can't do that". I told him I'd never had a problem with it before. Pros: The housekeeper was very friendly when I asked for a sheet to cover the couch. She quickly grabbed it and asked if we needed anything else. The fire department stopped by to check all the smoke detectors in each room and the man who I assume was the owner was very nice and apologized for inconveniencing us.

The front desk gentleman was rude and impatient. The room smelled strongly of mold and ammonia. I killed three cockroaches in the night, one had already crawled into my shoe. The chair upholstery and bed spreads were heavily stained. I removed bed spread and slept in my clothes on top of sheets. The tile floor was cracked and dirty. The battery door in smoke detector was open and without any battery. Counted the minutes until morning when I could leave.
