We don't really remember much about our stay as we arrived after a 12 hr drive so we were VERY tired and just went to bed.

We stayed here twice - once as a stopping point in our way to our final destination, and once in the way back. First of all, the building is actually two hotels in one. So weird! When we checked in the staff asked which hotel we were booked at and switched to a different desk and computer. Each side of the building has different colored doors to designate which hotel you are at. Our first check-in I realized I had forgotten my ID at home. The clerk was helpful in making sure we could still get checked in. The second stay we were basically told without my ID we couldn’t be checked in. The staff was rude and not looking to help us. We eventually convinced her that with my husband’s ID and proof of our prior stay that we could check in. We happened to get the same room both times. The room was “cleanish”. The sink was pretty gross and there was hair in the bathroom. The toilet looked like it was not really scrubbed. The first stay there was no lotion in the large bottle attached to the mirror. Four days later there was still no lotion in it. The breakfast wasn’t terrible but there were limited options. There was also a staff member sitting in the corner on her phone the whole time we ate. I don’t know if she was on a break or if she was on duty to monitor the room but it was uncomfortable feeling like we were being watched the whole time. I knew going into this trip that we’d get what we pay for but I would definitely try a different option next time.

Room was well lit and the love seat was good. Staff were friendly. We walked down to the Route 66 area and saw a nice mural and the trains coming through. Breakfast room was clean and nice selection of items.

The property was hard to find. There was no hot water evening or morning. Staff said that “too many people were using it.”. Really? Both at 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM - hard believe.

I’ve stays at this hotel anytime I’m in Needles. The staff is always amazing, very friendly and helpful. It’s an older property but it’s in good condition.

This room was very nice- plenty of outlets to charge our devices and good lighting. The room was cool when we arrived while it was 118 outside. Everything is in working order.

I'm very happy with this motel. Needles is a small town of around 5000 residents. Towns of this size tend to have friendly people and the Quality Inn staff reflected that. The restaurants in the area were limited but adequate. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is well maintained and kept clean. The free breakfast was excellent! Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and so much to choose from.
Watch out for gas prices in Needles at $6.69 per gallon - ouch! Better to fill up in Arizona which is just a few miles away. Half that price.

This hotel is right off the I40, so it is convenient. Clean room and good bed. It's older so you will hear people walking above you. Nice buffet breakfast, the food was hot and the coffee was strong and hot. I will stay again.

This is tue second time staying at this hotel and its great for a couple nights stay for the lake/river trip.
The breakfast in the morning makes for a quick morning prep to get on the water as soon as possible.

A decent place to escape the heat of summer. The A/C was much needed. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Easy check-in and check-out.

Website said pet friendly. We mentioned our pet when we booked, but upon arrival, there were no pet friendly rooms available. They wanted to charge us $250, twice the room fee, for having a tiny 6 week old puppy in a crate. We left and went to another town. We did get a refund.

We checked in around 6pm and when we got to our room the do not disturb sign was up but our key still opened the door. We walked in to a messy room that was not cleaned yet that day. Carried all of our stuff down to the lobby again. The clerk did not even apologize for the inconvenience. He did get us another room that was clean and comfy.

I like the room here as they are clean and good condition. I like the staff even better - always very friendly, personable and want to help! This would be an absolutely exceptional hotel but their floors/ceilings are VERY thin/flimsy causing an incredible amount of noise when someone is walking in their room above you! I travel a lot for work and this hotels noise from the room above is one of the worst I’ve experienced.

1) the sink was 100% clogged when we arrived
2) almost dark inside even with all lights on. 6watt cfl lights.
3) floor above creaking loudly from 3am until we left
4) mold smell in room especially shower. Outside strong sewage smell was even worse.
Two hours of driving away the car still smelled bad.

Laid down on the bed only to smell the rear end of the last guest on my pillow and top of the bed. Carpet was dirty. Check in was ridiculous. Guests kept coming back in because their keys did not work. One guy was given a key to the wrong room and walked in on another man eating his dinner. This was a horrible experience. Nothing had been cleaned. Faucets weren't even wiped off.
