This was my first time staying at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean and ready when I arrived. I also got a delicious breakfast the following morning.

The service was below average for our 4 night stay at this hotel. We were told that we would get our room cleaned every other day, but it was never cleaned once during our stay. We even asked for our room to be cleaned the 3rd day we were there, and received a text that we were on the schedule to be cleaned. But the room was never cleaned. We also had a suite, and the bedroom had no heat during our stay. The front desk made a note to have the maintenance person come look at the heat in the bedroom, but that was never looked at either.

Everything was truly great. Very friendly staff. I liked the texts received a couple asking how was/anything I need.
I liked the shower, no tub feature in my room.

Had a great experience here. Got to enjoy the indoor pool and a great breakfast. Room was clean and had plenty of ammenities.

It was a a very nice room at a reasonable price in an up and coming area of Pittsburgh. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who would like to stay in the area. Home 2Suites by Hilton is really like a home away from home.

NOT Happy with animals on the same floor as guest with no animals
Grandson is highly allergic to dog dander. My belief was
Animals and families were to stay on separate levels of the hotel and were not permitted to even meander throughout the facility

The establishment was really nice and felt very secure. The only thing I found lacking was the bed. You could feel all the springs in the mattress and every time you moved the bed squeaked. The mattress is way to hard as well.

Me and my family love staying here but this time our room smelled funny in a bad way and there is a whistling sound all night long this is the first time that I've stayed here that I was a little disappointed

I called & was told we were going to have a room with a stove top. So, we traveled with food to prepare meals. But, there was no stove in our room. So, we traveled with this food for no reason, which not only took up space but also caused some food to go to waste.

Nice, small, sweet and the staff was excellent especially Harley and Chelsea! And others that I can’t remember their names. Would definitely stay here again.

CONS-the room was dirty and noisy, had cheap, synthetic bed linens(?), lumpy pillows, towels that did not dry well, the bathroom was too cramped, the shower too small and had mold, there was hair in the bathroom sink, on the floor an in the shower, the sofa was dirty, the ottoman was ripped, the hallway and door were grimy, we didn’t use the heating because it was so loud. We didn’t use the TV or kitchenette. Constantly bothered with emails and texts about our stay.
PROS-All of the employees we encountered were kind and helpful. The exercise equipment appeared well kept and the room clean. The food was typical but edible. Parking was easy.

Upkeep needs to be better. We have stayed here in the past and it has gone down hill recently. Also, I understand this is a pet friendly hotel, but it smelled like someone's wet dog was in the room with us.

We always try to stay here when going to steelers games. It is always nice and clean but there were 2 problems with this trip. I was on the 4th floor and there were many house flies inside the room and in the hallway. The other problem is that when getting breakfast you are storing bananas in detergent boxes. OSHA would have a field day with that.

This is a wonderfully appointed, clean and terrific place to stay. The decor is great, super sanitary, great staff and good breakfast! Highly recommend!
