Drury Plaza Hotel in Santa Fe

Great stay. A little cruise ship like with the food and drinks but nothing bad.

Drury Plaza is a fabulous place to stay in Santa Fe! The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are very nice, especially the bathrooms. The hotel is located within walking distance to the Plaza. The staff is professional, friendly and very concerned with accommodating their travelers needs and comfort.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and clean. Only the food could be better. The breakfast was disappointing. No Cheese, no sliced meat, only filtered coffee. I would happily pay more for a better breakfast. Nonetheless we had a good time there and can recommend the hotel.

Great facility. Amazing staff. Perfect location. The sunset from the rooftop pool is a sight that will stay with me forever. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly, courteous and willing to go out of their way to be helpful. Complementary breakfast and dinner buffets were very good and 3 complementary cocktails that I could take up to enjoy by the pool. I was able to leave my car conveniently parked at the facility for several hours after checkout while we explored many of the sights and shops around the plaza. Staff recommended the best restaurants in the area. Several were within a few minutes walk from the hotel. I can't imagine I will ever stay anywhere else when I visit Santa Fe in the future. One very good waitress/bartender at the rooftop bar told me she has worked several places but she loves working there because of the staff and management care so much about making all the guests get the most from their experience in Santa Fe. She said "people work hard for their money and we should feel honored that they chose to come here over the hundred of other places around and spend it here with us." I feel like that was the attitude of every staff person we met.
