This was such a wonderful vacation and a beautiful room. The facilities are so well kept for their age. Our room was very spacious and the bed was excellent! The attention to details and great care of the facility showed in this wonderful site and in the rooms.The staff was also very kind and helpful with all of our questions. We will defenitely go back to this inn for another vacation.

We travel a LOT, and honestly, this is the BEST hotel we have EVER stayed! We stayed here 3 nights. Every staff member, from check in, maintenance, housekeeping, the restaurant, were wonderful! So friendly and definitely customer oriented! They GENUINELY CARED about our stay and went the extra mile to make our stay the best! Here are a few examples: loaning me an umbrella, bringing in a fan at our request, troubleshooting TV remote until they found a solution, free use of washers and soap, custom made delicious pastries MADE JUST FOR US when we were disappointed they were out! WOW! We were told they only hire people who love helping people, and IT SHOWS! May sound strange, but we actually just felt a tangible happiness being there! Rooms were clean, big, comfy. Easy car access. WE WILL BE BACK! THANK YOU!!

This was one of the cutest places that we've ever stayed in. The people were so welcoming and nice, it just added to the charm of the inn. This was a perfect location to visit Custer State Park and Crazy Horse. The room is dated, but very clean. I would stay here and recommend it to everyone. Absolute 10!!!

What a delightful hotel! Easily book, conveniently located just outside Custer, close to restaurants in town, yet the best breakfast in the area right on the premises. The staff is warm, friendly, and informative. The rooms very clean and comfortable. Parking is available in front of the rooms. Very nice place, with character, cleanliness, and comfort.

I'm a lap swimmer and this time of year the indoor pool was empty. Hot tub at end was nice.

Property has personality with beautiful area for walking & enjoying area’s natural beauty. Front desk staff was incredibly welcoming & helpful. Our room was quite small but for one night was fine; we were in Custer to get out & enjoy all the area offers.

Everything was fantastic. Good rate. Lovely staff. Beautiful comfortable room. Only improvement would be a straight chair or folding chair to sit at the desk area beside the sink to use a computer. The easy chair was comfortable, but inconvenient to move.

The front office staff was so friendly and welcoming. Nick and Sassy (that was the nickname she gave) were very welcoming and made the experience so positive. The room was very quaint and just what we needed for a last minute overnight stay. The Feel Good Cafe was delicious. Highly recommend.

The property is beautifully kept and self-contained. There is a lovely indoor pool. Each unit has outside cafe seating. The sister restaurant has a delicious menu. Parking is plentiful. I recommend this property.

The Bavarian Inn was a wonderful stay. They really go out of their way to ensure that the guests are comfortable and cared for. The soap/shampoo/lotion are excellent quality. The hotel has extras like games you can check out. When we entered the room, the TV was on a channel with pleasant music playing. I really felt watched over and that all details were attended to. While breakfast is not provided, we ate at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel, and it was excellent. Parking was super convenient, right in front of our room. (The doors to the room face the parking area.)

We absolutely loved this property. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Mid afternoon cookies and milk was a wonderful treat. Would highly recommend this Inn again. All the amenities that were fantastic.

It was one of the best little places i have come across in my years of traveling. Me and my sister were blown away at how comfortable and inviting it was, we will defiantly tell everyone we know to stop and stay there just to have the experience. I wish we could have spent a few days instead of just one night. Breakfast next door was amazing as well. Great/Wonderful staff at both places.

This was an amazing property all around. The rooms were nice but its the whole property vibe and people that make this place amazing. You know how when you say, they thought of everything...they weren't kidding. Always reaching out to make sure you have everything you needed. They even provide soap and dryer sheets for laundry, have a smoothie machine, plenty of towels at both pools, games galore, plenty of room for my dog to wander, beautiful flowers everywhere. The place was so clean and all the staff so customer service oriented.
The lovely and tasty restaurant next door "Feel Good Cafe" had the biggest and yummiest croissants ever.
It was so nice, we even extended our stay one more day. Wished we had stayed even longer!
