Stayed for a night. Staff is very friendly, but the cleanliness is terrible compared to western standards. It’s okay to spend a night though.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff were friendly and pleasant but the room lacked freshness and was dated. Worst if all there were bed bugs and we left with many bites on our back/arms. There were also several cockroaches in the room. The bathroom shower curtain was not long enough so it would make the whole floor wet. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Very good service and very nice room. The area was very dirty and messy, but it was close to Taj Mahal and the fort of Agra. Parking, TV, Wi-Fi, water bottles and nice bed. Good restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was also ok.

We arrived very late and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. They upgraded our room and made sure we had everything we needed.

It was comfortable for just one night. The location is good. When we arrived, there was a party going on in the restaurant and people were sitting everywhere. There was a problem with the water pressure during a shower.

The hotel was 30 quid + tax which is usual , I choose this because of other feedback from travellers wanting to visit the Taj. The check-in was painless, though you need ID preferably passport.
The rooms were ok for one night, adequate parking outside and what seemed fairly good security. The food ( evening meal and breakfast) and beer was ok too.
If you get up early to see the Taj , opens at 0600 ( closed Friday's) , the East gate being closet to you , then you can get back to the the hotel for 0830 and have breakfast. The picture of the hotel is deceiving as its really squashed between two buildings and not on its own

Staff tried to sell trips, tours, etc. instantly after arrival, we haven't even seen the room at this point. Bathroom was very dirty and old. No hot water in the shower. Heater after three times asking. Next to the hotel are some very, very, very loud speakers which plays some prayers or something like that the whole day and night, really the whole night! Only one thing was "Ok", the bed. Overall ridiculous for 3 Stars. Wouldn't even get 1 star in Europe. We just stayed one night and switched to "Four Points by Sheraton" a few minute walk away and 20€ more...more than worth it!!!

We got to the hotel at 7am in the morning after a long drive and when we went to see our room it was nothing like what was advertised on hotels.com

We paid upfront and were told our room was guaranteed for late arrival and not to call ahead. When we arrived at midnight after a delayed flight, we were told are room had been sold to someone else and sent to a hotel of the same standard. This room was very noisy and the breakfast was very disappointing. I do not recommend this hotel.

I stay here on 8th Nov and I fully enjoyed my stay. staff and all the workers were fully friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean. Only hot water comes slowly. I think this hotel is in need of the bar but the Owner is very helpful for to make your stay comfortable. Restaurant is clean and you can drink there (Although they don't have the bar) overhaul this is a must stay hotel and very near to Taj. Walking is only 10 min.

Good budget hotel with excellent room service food.Hardly any distance from Tajmahal

Very close to the Taj Mahal this hotel offers an excellent quality to price ratio. Rooms are new and comfortable, staff is kind and attentive and restaurant is good with a choice of continental and Indian courses.
Wifi is a bit slow but nothing to complain.
