Everyone was super friendly. The hot tub was nice. Beautiful outdoor sitting area. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I ever had.

Amazing stay, front desk was so kind and friendly. My bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff made my day, made me feel at home. Even helped me with a cell phone charger issue I had. Highly recommend it and will stay again if in the area.

The front desk was super helpful when we were missing our hair dryer, and when I forgot my pillow they promised to keep it for me until next time I'm there... Great customer service! Breakfast was great, and the people attending the breakfast area were lovely.

Homewood is in the middle of a remodel, but they are still doing a great job of providing a nice stay. The updates are very nice. The breakfast staff is friendly and breakfast is good. Cleaning services very friendly and nice.

This property transfered my reservation to another hotel w a smaller room than what I reserved. We were short one bed and had no refrigerator at all. They weren’t able to provide a roll away due to fire restrictions. This was not a good experience. And I want a refund.

The staff were all very nice and helpful. The dishes provided were dirty so I had to do a deep clean before using them which was disappointing. The couch in the main area was hairy so we had to put a sheet on it to sit on it. Breakfast was nice just like you’d expect it to be. I’d expect a name like Hilton to be cleaner but that is not what we found. The neighborhood is terrible so keep your stuff in your room not in your car. If you can avoid staying in Billings in general you should do so.

Great place to stay. Everything was clean. had a nice kitchenette. I was able to do my makeup at the vanity. Large TV. Stand-in shower. The room had standard size pillows that were firm, with extra pillows and blankets.
The lobby and other areas were clean and cute. Had a fenced in area outback with grills. Nice sized gym. Pool. Checkin was easy.
Breakfast, was fine: lots of options, waffle maker, potato’s, eggs, bagels, sausage and more.

We stayed at Homewood Suites in Billings, MT while visiting grandkids. It was the perfect place to come back to each night after very active days. Quiet hotel. Delicious breakfasts. Friendly, helpful staff. We’ll definitely stay there again!!

I have stayed at this fine Hotel numerous times and it always left a great Wow factor. Better than expected. Last night I came to town late, booked a room here and "booked a suite that has been top notch. I was given a handicap room on the main floor...... The breakfast was not good, the feature was biscuits and salty gravy. The 4" egg puck was also a disappointment. The sausage patty was like "sausage jerky". They have taken it down a couple of notches from last time I was there. Will come back tho again. Thanks for your time.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I love there is a doggie gift bag at check in with treats and a tennis ball. I’m disabled traveling with service dog and I stay here often because they are so welcoming, great service, excellent breakfast included,well stocked kitchenette, large rooms, easy accessibility everywhere on the property and to walk dog areas.

Very disappointing condition of this hotel considering it’s a Hilton property. The hotel is in need of maintenance and repairs. Our shower smelled like sewer gas. Every trash receptacle on the property was overflowing and in the ice room the trash was piled up in bags and made the corridor leading to our room like a toilet. Definitely will not stay here again. Don’t stay here if you have a choice!

The hotel tried to accommodate an early check-in for us since we had a sick family member, which was nice. But the hotel was, unfortunately, quite uncomfortable. The room's AC was broken & the pull-out sofa was extremely spring-y. There were not enough luggage carts so we had to hand carry our bags out & we had a LOT. Just a lot of hassle at this hotel overall.

Great hotel! Convenient to freeway and walkable to 2 nice restaurants, an indoor water park and a gas station. Close enough drive to other places. The room was great, very spacious, quiet, & clean. Only one bar of soap provided and we had run out of our own after over a week on the road, just 3 bath towels. Bed was okay, I slept like a log regardless. AC was very good at keeping room temp perfect. Breakfast was okay. We’ve had better but this wasn’t bad. Nice eating area with outside patio option. Overall, great place, would stay again.

Every was close buy . I did not like that the heat in the room did not properly work and the toilet ran all the time . I told the front desk and nothing was done about the problem.

We have stayed here in the past and the property was very well kept. This time the window coverings were so worn, they did not blackout light. Both blackout curtains had big areas that were worn through (in living area and bedroom area). The bathroom sink did not drain well either. Otherwise- we enjoy staying there. Great breakfast choices, friendly staff etc. Maintenance needs to step it up.

We are traveling with 2 small children, so coming to find a liquor and smoke shop in the parking lot adjacent to property was the first icky clue for being uncomfortable. I don't complain, and ive never canceled a reservation before, but entering the room was like seeing the aftermath of a cheap porno (no joke!). Everything "looked" okay, as we tried to ignore the stains on the floor, the stains on the couch, but the pubes on the pillows, and the sticky tables that werent even wiped made us want to vomit. There was debri on the carpet, spots all over the bathroom vanity, and a running toilet. We did not stay and had our kids wash their hands before getting in the car. The front desk fal was sweet, but the cleanliness looked like my 5 year old tried to get away with a clean room, without actually cleaning.
