I found myself in a difficult personal situation and needed to find a place to stay quickly and found the Knights Inn.
The rooms have all the basics that I needed, the price is affordable for any budget and the convenience of having parking directly in front of your room, was an added ease to my mind.
I hadn’t anticipated actually living in a motel for multiple months, but I was extremely grateful for everything that they provided.
The guy at reception was so welcoming and always made sure I felt safe & ensured my room was available everytime I extended my stay.
And I simply cannot even put into words, just how amazing Shelly, the cleaning staff, was to me. She’s such a beautiful soul and an incredibly thoughtful & hard worker!
I never worried about needing anything when she was there and her warm smile & infectious laugh were things I looked forward to every day!
It isn't the Ritz-Carlton or anything fancy like that, but who really needs all the flashy stuff anyways?! I was met with sincere and honest people and given a feeling of safety and genuine connection, that no fancy hotel has ever done for me.
The staff at the Knights Inn actually care about you as a person and want to make your stay as comfortable as possible!
I can honestly say that I miss my room and the little family that I had with them, so my eventual departure was bittersweet!
I appreciate everything they did for me & I’m grateful that they were the venue that I found in my time of need!

Nice stay. Quiet. Intake staff very nice. A bit difficult to understand. Very convenient if staying with dog(s) as can stay on property with back area being grassed for a quick in and out.

This place just felt “off” somehow. Room was terrible—very old furnishings, did not feel clean. We only needed a bed to sleep in, but next time I would pay more and stay somewhere else. Could not wait to get out of there.

The room was nice but noticed bugs every time I used the bathroom. The next morning when my partner and I were getting our belongings together we noticed a bug in the sheets. Overall our stay was fine, but there is certainly a cleanliness issue that needs to be addressed.

I booked a room for 5 nights to leave after nights cause of the bed bugs. Which I had to seek medical attention because I’m allergic!!!!!!
They only refunded me the nights that I didn’t sleep there (3) and I had to fight for that third night for them to reimburse me. Absolutely no compensation for all the laundry I had to do that night before heading to a new hotel. Worst stay ever!!!!!!

There were some problems but the staff and manager were super nice and accommodating. They did the best to make sure i was happy and for that i gave them three stars! Otherwise its a motel and you get what you pay for but i have been to cleaner motels

It was good value for the price. After running in a nearby race, we were able to secure complimentary late checkout for cleanup. Friendly staff. Convenient for driving to nearby Confederation Park, down the QEW highway.
The outside light shined into the room for awhile during bedtime. No bath mat. Bed mattress was clean but substandard. Some wear and tear markings on walls and floor. BUT, a good place to stay for minimum funds.

The room appeared to be small and cozy. They emptied and replace toiletries daily. So that was good. However, there were roaches and other insects crawling around. Lost my travel utensils/they went missing. The are was noisy and persons hangingbaround taking uour photos. Didn't feel safe. The person at check in was very pleasant and helpful.

Close to bus stop that takes you to train station. Lovely staff. Coffee bar in the office in the morning, and a short walk to McDonald’s for breakfast! The property has outdoor seating and nice garden. For the price we paid, it was beyond my expectations for sure.

We stayed one night and all was good would go back bed was comfortable fridge worked good microwave worked good loved that the grounds were kept clean so my fir baby could walk around enjoyed talking with cleaning girl very pleasant

It is a place I would never book again. And will never tell family/friends to go there. Yes it’s a cheap stay but the cleanliness is so bad. When u need to go get cleaner to clean ur hotel bc it has black mould in the bathroom and sink area. Fridge did not work right woke up to water on the floor every morning. I could add pics but it will not let me

Didn't seem like our room was cleaned before we got there! Found dirty clothing in our bathroom that didn't belong to us....accused us of smoking in the room which we did not, but they have ashtrays big containers outside the doors but said they smelt cigarettes

Checked in around 11:45 pm of the night and very soon found ants crawling around, hairs on the beds and the bathroom vanity, a big bug's bloody dead body on the wall. So talked to the front desk and provided no solution, and so had to leave around 12:15 am midnight. Requested a refund and got rejected.

Had someone banging at our door looking for Larry 4 times throughout the night. Clearly we are not Larry but he has a lot of visitors through the night. Do yourself the favor and pay a little extra for a nicer hotel

The place was dirty as hell. Even we found an open case of condons in one of the drawers. The bed was terrible. Every place to eat was closed at 6pm.

Nothing unique! The absolute worst motel experience we have ever experienced.( and at 67 yrs old I've stayed at a lot of hotels.) Dirty, 5/16" gap on closed door, arm chair filthy, room stunk, lights wouldn't work in bathroom.Air conditioner took 5 hrs to cool little room. Ask to get another room, was refused. No breakfast, no coffee, just a dump. Knights Inn should be ashamed to have their name on it. I wish I could upload the photos I took !!!!!!!

The hotel has taken a security deposit from our credit card which they have not paid us back. When we call and talk to the reception they keep saying that we will get our money back but this hasn't happen yet (1 month after check our).
The room and service was as expected for this price class.

I chose this accommodation because it is pet friendly, has kitchenettes, has a great access to highways 403, 407 and the QEW and has very reasonable rates.
The room was cleanabd well furnished. The staff were friendly and helpful.
I would stay there again.
