The stay there was enjoyable. The room was nice and clean. I have no complaints. The staff especially the young woman that checked us in was very friendly and professional. I would recommend my family and friends to stay there.

Great location to restaurants and lots of them in the area within walking distance! Super friendly staff, but don’t plan for an early check in as they would not allow us to check in prior to 3pm even though it was requested.

This hotel is in a great location. Easy access to downtown Columbus via the beautiful pedestrian walking bridge or shoot right over the bridge in the car. Lots of nice restaurants and shops close by. Hotel is super clean and comfortable

We had a great stay. There was some remodeling going on, but the staff and contractors really worked hard to make sure there was minimal disruptions and distractions.

If you like taking hot shower don't expect that...only gets warm. Staff is nice and the bristro is expensive and the food nor coffee not good.

Great location on the river, along the riverwalk. Columbus GA just across the walking bridge. Nice hotel, updated, comfortable. Nice outdoor space / pool area. Bar onsite, could be open a little later til like 11pm or so instead of 10pm. Didn't eat there but is also a small bistro onsite, so no free breakfast. Water pressure not great and a/c unit noisy in our room. Also parking is extra to park in the hotel lot...usual if have to park in a parking garage, not so much for the hotel parking lot. I would stay here again.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel in general is beautiful and the lobby smells wonderful! There is a pedestrian bridge into Columbus where you can find multiple restaurants. Rooms are spaciuos but there was a small amount mold in the shower. Beds were very comfy. The a/c does seem to struggle to keep room cool. The highs were in the 70's and we had the thermostat on 65...room never got chilly (we are cold air sleepers). We have stayed in multiple locations around the Columbus area. This is the only one we would revisit!! .

The property was in good condition. The front desk person was very helpful in giving directions. Would like to have have complimentary hot beverages offered in lobby area. Enjoyed the stay and the convenience of the location

A one night stay there is enough to have me book ONLY with Courtyard by Marriott from this day forward! I am the owner/operator of a cleaning business for over 23 years and this was the best kept, tastefully decorated, easy to use and unbelievably clean room I have ever stayed in. We definitely enjoyed our stay and the river walk view and rapids were so beautiful. I love to hear rushing waters…..book here you will not regret it at all.

Upon check in the there was no one at front desk to check us in. We waited for 35 mins for someone to open the lobby door so we can get check in. I was calling and got no answer.

Great customer service. Merritt check in was off line and did not allow us to check in upon arrival. However the staff where gracious and accommodating. Nice, clean and quiet room.

You can only get food from the cafe till 9:30 am only coffee. Asked at 9:00 am for room to be cleaned that day … came back at night garbage was empty and got new towels nothing else.

I never leave a review, much less a bad review, but felt compelled to do so. We had a 2 night stay during the Miss Georgia pagent. The first night we contacted the front desk due to the noise next door. We were told a wedding party was next door. Front desk called, and then came up, but the noise persisted all night long. Management moved us th next day and was much better, just an inconvenience. To compensate, they gave us free breakfast the next morning….they were out of 3 things we ordered! Far below our expectations for a Marriott. Doubt we will be staying at any one of them very soon!

The first night was so noisy I didnt sleep from the noise. Second night, a child knocked on my door at 10:30 pm looking for parents. RV double parked in lot by the door with no room to park except across the street. They charge for parking. Roach by the door as I was leaving. smh

This hotel was clean and I felt safe here. I just wish that the the restaurant was better I went to the restaurant at the Marriott's in Columbus GA for my dinner and breakfast twice "Houlihan's serve the best breakfast dishes and dinner menu have some good selections.

While the room was clean- the shower was difficult to keep the handle from moving. The walls were very thin and it was loud late in the evenings. The reception staff was very kind.

I liked the view if the river and outside fire pit. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The only thing i didnt like was the dining option is kind of hard to do. It is a one staff member behind the counter that you order from. The food was good its just i prefer a real dining experience.

No water pressure in room 202. Complained that just a dribble from tsp that made even brushing teeth difficult. Was told it would be looked at on day 2 but on day 4 nothing done. Colleague had similar issue with shower on another floor and demanded new room on day 3.
