A very comfortable night's stay with a warm welcome. The room was well presented. Breakfast was excellent. It felt very homely. We would stay again.

Enjoyed a few nights here. Everything you need is within walking distance. Downtown is about 12-15 minutes to walk. The room was cozy. There is a door to the deck, but no chairs to sit and enjoy a coffee. The room was very hot, and the door had no screen to keep it open for fresh air, otherwise it would of been just right. Breakfast was great. Staff is wonderful. Some rooms look newly renovated.

My stay was great! It’s a very homey and quaint vibe, exactly as pictured. So many nice touches like the in room fireplace, seating area, and tea/hot chocolate station. Would go back for sure.

We had a wonderful time, the place is nice and clean. Staff is excellent and caring. They accommodated our situation with an early check in. We stayed in the Grassi Lake room and it was fabulous, beautiful fireplace and loads of room.
We certainly enjoyed our 2 day stay and recommend.

This property was quaint and warm, loved the character and decor. We weren't able to enjoy the outdoor spaces in winter, but they looked great. The included breakfast was wonderful and they were terrific about accommodating an allergy. We'd love to return again.

The view is spectacular. The staff was excellent and accommodating for my wife who has celiac disease. The price was very reasonable.

We stayed there just for 2 nights but it was amazing time. Our room was renovated, had very comfy king size bed! And smart tv and wifi. Everything was amazing and breakfast was better than I expected. Everyday was something different, portions were good and this place has the best tea I’ve ever tried! I will recommend this place for everyone. Truly recommend!

The Inn is gorgeous, the staff is wonderful, the renovations were a bit disruptive and the sauna was unavailable because of the renos.

Very nice and quaint Victorian style house with about 13 rooms. Other than a couple of rooms that have been fully renovated, the rest are older and tired looking and need some TLC. However the cleanliness of the place and the staff make up for this small deficiency. Every breakfast was superb and the staff it’s just so kind and attentive during your whole stay. Great location, close to many amenities and a short drive into Banff. They are currently renovating the dining room/sitting area which will include a rooftop hot tub. We would likely stay at this location again.

Lady McDonald has been favourite for 20 some years. The beds are super comfortable and breakfast is constantly great! You can’t go wrong at the Lady😊

This place was very comfortable and cozy. The feel was more at home than a hotel. Great rooms and great food. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will stay there again.

The wineglasses dirty. The heating down stairs was shut off couldn’t have breakfast at the tables to cold. Said it was broke. Tv didn’t work very good. I would not come again. Breakfast was slimy

No sidewalks , walkway full of tree roots and large stones

The towels that we used had some hair on it when we are wiping our face after showering. Then only 1 small garbage can provided. We are in the end unit beside the exit and it was really noisy people outside are yelling til 2am. Staff are very helpful and breakfast was really good.
