Service, room condition and price were all good and it was good breakfast coming with the plan no matter what. Access to the station was tolerant. I do not have to say much because there really was no negative thing during my stay here even considering price. I would come back here if I were to stay back for something.

- Nice hotel- Friendly front desk, but they seem conversant in English for check-in dialogue only- spacious room- slightly tiny bathroom- nice hotel breakfast, it seems like local home cooked food which was very nice (I don't fancy five star hotel's buffet)- only thing is the hotel is abt 500m away from the JR stn; abit of a challenge lugging your luggage to/from the JR stn

Although it was a short stay, arrived late and left early, I would definitely go back when I need to go to Chitose. I will check in early next time and try some of the local eateries and bars. All in all, very satisfied with our stay.

Location was ok. Wifi works. parking cost 1000Yen. ARoims old and needs refurbishment. Breakfast was poor. ....really poor. Won't return.

Checking-out time at 10am was really shocked. Never experienced before in other countries. Nothing special nor great. Just general. My fault anyway as I knew that this hotel is located in Sapporo. Far away from Chitose railway station. Paid about US $55 before arriving and paid about US $20 more when arriving because we were 3 people.

The location is near several girls bars and clubs so I wouldn't recommend having kids out of your sight for long in the neighborhood. You have to take taxi from airport, cost 1800 yen. It's really worth if your group is more than 2 persons. No shuttle bus for sure. How ever this is the good price when you are group tour. Walking from chitose train station is 20-30 minutes, not easy during snow season. The staff is polite. very impressive. You can tell them to book the designed taxi you need. Free breakfast with lovely staffs. Great!

suggest take bus from airport to hotel, bus station will near JR station. Hot spring are close, it is disappointed. staff are nice and helpful.

very close from the airport!! However i heard many strange noises (water boiler,...?) which made hard to sleep well.

Although it is a bit "old school" as far as decor, it is centrally located, it's just a ten minute walk to downtown Chitose with shops, restaurants and the train station. It was very quiet and the highlight of Livemax was definitely the attentive, friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed and the breakfast. The breakfast was traditional Japanese buffet style with some of the most delicious food I've ever had with a hotel breakfast - worth the price just for that! Overall, I would stay again and recommend it for people on a budget for a quick in and out trip of Chitose.

Room rate is expensive and didnt worth for money.

Not the quietest room, but good links to airport via "limousine" bus if going early, 10 min walk from chitose station. really cheap, didnt try the breakfast as had to leave early for a flight.

Good sized room with 2 double beds, hotel staff was very helpful in ordering me a taxi for the morning.It seems that not many foreigners stay in this area, or at least they werent out on the streets when we were, but that added a lot more to the feel and culture of the place.Finding a restaurant to eat in was interesting, but very fun. We found a place where no one spoke any English, but they had 1 Enlish menu. Ordering took some time, but was well worth it. The food was amazing and the sake was the best Ive ever tasted.The hotel is situated right on the edge of the red light district which looked to be only one street. We (3 guys) walked down it on the way to dinner and no one was pushy. We were only approached by one guy asking us what we wanted, we told him we were after food and he left us alone.Theres an alcohol store on the corner just a few shops away.The overall neighbourhood felt very safe.Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They spoke very little English, but they spoke enough for a a cheap hotel reception. They were able to book me a taxi for the morning and they gave me directions to my friends hotel not far away.hotels.com told me the hotel reception was only open from 7am until 11pm. This is wrong. I got home close to midnight and someone was there, and I left at 630am and there was someone there.
