Great hotel on our way home after a long day! Staff was friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Overall nice stay, very friendly and helpful staff. Especially the breakfast lady. The bed was way too firm for our liking. Other than that very nice clean and quiet place to stay.

The charging station for the car doesn't work.
More importantly on my last stay, the water was cold. There was an issue with the hot water and I was forced to take a cold shower. They offered me points for the inconvenience. What a joke. I don't book through them so as I explained, points don't benefit but money of a future stay or the current stay would be more beneficial but they refused.

The place is very clean and safe. Check in was quick and check out was a call away. Breakfast has great choices. The workers are very friendly and are dedicated to their service for weary travelers like us. One of the ladies at the breakfast area gave my daughter a creative St. Patrick hat with a cup of cereal. That was really nice of her! The breakfast area are filled right away.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed every minute of it. The front desk employees were absolutely wonderful and friendly. The other staff members were very friendly and spoke to you whenever they were around. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and they had plenty of food. Our room was very clean when we arrived. It was nice to have a separate sitting area with another television. The mini fridge and microwave were a great addition as well. We would definitely stay here again!

We were here to go to the NFL hall of fame. Hotel was about 5 miles south. Very nice, clean, friendly check in, comfortable beds. Breakfast was mediocre. Close to a Wendy’s, Subway and McDonald’s

Roaring trucks kept us awake all night --windows facing I 77. Otherwise very nice.

The hotel is in an easy to locate spot. Its clean and comfortable.

The hotel seemed new and modern. The service was good and very friendly. The room was clean and a nice size. The decor is more like an office than a comfortable room. The gap under the door is way too big and you could hear a lot of noise from the hallway.

Breakfast was great, kids loved making their own waffles- incredibly quiet despite our room facing the highway and literally next to the elevator. Everything was clean and well kept- I was concerned when pulling in and realizing that it’s located across the street from an overnight truck spot and dispensary but it was totally fine you would have no idea. Staff was amazing and so nice!

This hotel was convenient right off of I-77. The hotel was very clean, room was comfortable and it was quiet… all important when you are breaking up a long drive. Highly recommend!

It was pretty much what I expected. I was a bit put off by having housekeeping every other day. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Coffee was always available.

My son and I were very happy with the exterior and entry of the hotel as well as the friendly, helpful desk agent. However, the elevator was "scary" and when we got to the room there was no working television. The desk agent tried to offer help and said that she was going to contact maintenance and the hotel GM but we never heard anything else and no one came to fix the issue. Breakfast was disappointing; the eggs were subpar, the sausage was burnt and the bacon looked like paper rather than meat. The one positive with the breakfast was the waffle making station. As of this morning I noticed an additional charge ($20) from my bank account and no explanation for the "additional charge".

We where both very pleased with the hotel. the beds and pillows where very comfortable. Its was nice to have a warm and tasty breakfest. All the staff was very pleasent and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond our expectations. We wanted to stay slightly outside of downtown, but we were still close to the hall of fame and dinner options. Everything was clean and the room size was sufficient.
