Nice hotel with a small Casino so great for Sr people. Nice clean rooms with walk in shower close to restaurant, stores and shops.

Cleanliness regarding room and the public restrooms as well. The staff couldn’t have been more courteous and amicable.

It was a nice visit and stay. But if you’ve done check cashing in the past; bring a blank check. They’ve changed processors and will need to put you back in. Also, breakfast buffet is just viscounts and gravy and waffles and pastries. It used to have eggs and sausage etc. that was a let-down. Over all it’s a nice place to stay. Pool still closed for remodel

Staff very friendly and helpful

Lovely spacious room BUT the bathroom door was a sliding door with slats and frosted glass. So you could see a shape sitting down on the toilet. It was a bit disconcerting. We had a great stay besides that.

We were comfortable. The room is perfect for what we needed. Internet is amazing. We both had to work and we had no connection or speed issues. The room was clean except my OCD daughter found lint by the bathroom wall on the carpet. We only asked for service once and she didnt mop the bathroom floor but we just put another towel down. Overall we were very relaxed the entire 5 days we were there.

The rooms need more light and more (heavier) blankets on the beds. Overall a nice facility.

We stayed there for the 4th because it was close to Skaitook Lake. Big clean rooms. Comfortable stay. Skaitook had great fireworks!

Was overall a great stay. Only issue was the overwhelming paint smell as they were painting outside and smelled up the room all day for three days of our stay. The paint crew was also less than mindful of overspray in the area.

Pool was closed, but was not informed of this. Staff not real friendly and your beds and pillows are terrible.

I liked that it was very clean and quiet. All of the employees were very nice. The one thing that upset me was I booked an accessible room and they DID NOT have one. Clerk stated they only have 2 accessible rooms and they were occupied. On Expedia I paid in advance for an accessible room and it was not available. If the room was available when I paid for it then it should have been available. My wife in a wheelchair and totally unable to walk or stand with help could not even use the restroom by herself and clerk also stated they had no shower chair so she could not take a shower either.

We loved our 3 night stay here. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was awesome!!

This is a very nice property, easy access, quiet, low key. All areas were very clean, staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

The casino had just enough slots and not crowded! The casino is one of the best casinos I have ever stayed at!

Hotel was amazing, but sadly no pool as advertised

Not a bad hotel.. Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Good work area. Not much else to say that makes it stand out. Pretty basic breakfast, expected. However, most hotels with breakfast that ive been to would at least have eggs and biscuits and gravy. They did have waffles, oatmeal, pastries, cerals, and yogurt. I was woke up from like 4-6 am from people knocking on another rooms doors and just walking past. Some noise is expected from the hotel but the rooms Ive been needs to have something fixed for sound reduction. ALSO, just a heads up, on expedia it lists the King suite with a tub or shower, BUT there are only 2 suites in the whole hotel that has a tub and they are executive. Oh. And if you need to do any work or school, do not depend on the wifi. My first night there, i couldnt get on the wifi AT ALL and i guess because there were too many people connected at the hotel. I mean, ill go back for convience sake, but definitely not my first choice.

Beautiful room - great staff - feeling of safeness throughout hotel and casino Only negative was that we were surprised that drinks in the casino were not complimentary as they are in the Mississippi casinos.
