It was a very quick stay, late arrival and early departure. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The washroom walls were quite dirty and the light switch had something that crusted off. So that wasn't the greatest to see. The breakfast was great! I would stay again, but would give a quick inspection of the room for cleanliness.

Room was a bit small but comfortable. Coffee in room was very bad.

Didnt want to refund 3 days after only being there for 1 night only. Front desk said its ok and sorted out since it was pre paid by Expedia. Contacted expedia about it and they issued a refund request. Microtel didnt re issue the pre paid refund by Expedia.
If they do try this, contact your credit card company and request a pull back.

Room initially provided was unmade. After another hour, finally got a different room. It was ok. Hardly looked like a made room, but sheets were clean.

The hotel lobby and grounds are well kept and modern. Our room had very comfortable, clean, beds. However, after being in the room my allergies started to flare from the sitting dust. I used a wet rag and dusted the headboards, desk, desk cubbies, and it was evident this hadn't been done for a while. The bathroom floor was wet upon arrival and it was quickly found out that the sink was leaking onto the floor and had been for a while. I let front desk know all this upon check out. The shower was nice and the overall room is lovely - just wish the housekeeping held a little higher standard.

AC was broken and they replaced the whole unit so the room was very comfortable the rest of my stay

Bed sheets were wrinkled but they replaced them the next day. Enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast tables were too few and dirty. Also, the breakfast offerings weren't as varied as other hotels.

I don't like it does not have a big parking lot for trucks and trailers.Everything else was okay.

When we checked in and were given our room key, we went to the room, but it was already occupied. There was no remote for the TV so we went to get one, but the TV screen just had colored stripes and no picture so it was unusable. The room telephone did not work. The deadbolt did not work. Our room was right above the main entrance of the motel so we heard the front door sliding door open and closed.

Hotel was nice, anytime we needed someone at the front desk they always seemed to be gone so the customer service could have been better. The room was very small! Hardly any room for our luggage, we were travelling for hockey so bringing the hockey bag in was tricky, we had to store it on the floor between the bed and the wall. Room was really dry and the sheets were staticky, so much so that it lit up the room whenever you would move ha ha
They breakfast was good and the lady working in the kitchen was extremely friendly!

Staff was friendly, parking easily accessible out front and had a nice fitness centre! Would recommend.

The hot water didn’t work and the hottub was out of order. My warmish shower was very disappointing. Otherwise clean bed to sleep in was ok.
