The outdoor bath was incredibly relaxing, the staff was welcoming and polite, and I would definitely stay here again

We loved this place so much! We’ll definitely come back here the next time we visit Niseko. It’s not a huge resort-style hotel, but the staff are incredibly kind and polite. Our room was very spacious and clean, with a beautiful traditional Japanese-style area. We loved the hot tea provided in the room and were able to relax completely. The hot spring facilities, including the outdoor bath and the sauna, were absolutely amazing and honestly left us speechless! There is a convenient bus that runs around the Niseko area, and this hotel is the last stop on the route. Thanks to that, we were able to visit several different mountains easily and still get back to the hotel without any trouble. This was especially helpful during our stay because there wasn’t much snow and some chairlifts were not operating, so it wasn’t easy to access other areas on the slopes.

Spacious, great meal and public bath

Very spacious and clean room with mountain view. We enjoyed the Japanese Cuisine dinner experience. Very good quality food.
