The hotel did not look like the pictures. My tv and remote did not work properly. Half the channels were out and the remote didn't change stations properly. Television is my thing. I hate that the main stations that I watch didn't have any sound. I told the owner and they tried to switch me to the room next door but it had the same issues. The room was so much smaller than what I'm accustomed to staying in. The whole place was rundown. There was no bolt lock on the door. I made my complaints known and the owner was not concerned.

The check in person was very nice.
The room smelled terribly musty when I went in. There were small air fresheners but it wasn't helping too much. Took a while to get the TV on but had to unplug to turn it off.
All the outlets had older model extension cords with no safety components on them.
One of the bedside lamps had to be unplugged to turn off.
There were no lights under the eaves and at night it was difficult to see the small steps and made it a trip hazard.

We just needed a place to stay for a very short night. Pulling a boat behind us so it takes room to be able to park and there was plenty of room plus it was well lit up on the property. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Some infrastructure improvements are needed and some of the grounds need to be maintained.

The ice maker was broken, the door dead bolt lock didn't work, the continental breakfast was suspended, the TV remote was broken, the mini fridge and microwave were in the clothes hanging area, the bed was rock hard, there was only one bath towel, the mini fridge froze my food and drinks.

I enjoyed my stay even though it was for a couple of hours of sleep I needed to hit the highways before it got nasty through the night but one thing well a few things which is not. A biggie there was no wash cloths or extra big towel bro dry with

Only place bookable via Expedia in Jacksboro. Receptionist was not around at 3:30pm, had to wait 20 min, No internet at all, trash (mattresses, furniture, cables) all over the facility.

Stayed 1 night passing through on the way to New Mexico. The beds are hard, walls are paper thin, and train track very close, BUT the owners are friendly, and the room is CLEAN. I mean really clean. Fresh paint, clean carpet, and clean fresh bedding. Everything was spotless. We were unsure about the area and it was dark when we arrived, but the hotel felt safe. Breakfast is cereal and toast. Fresh coffee. We will definitely stay again next time we are passing through town.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and affordable. The staff was friendly. They served whole milk for breakfast ! We are very satisfied with our stay at Executive Inn.

Everything was great. I had a single room, king size bed. Had 2 fridges, a microwave. It was clean, had hot water in the shower. The only downside to the room, and as many have complained. NO TABLE. Not sure where your suppose to eat or do any paperwork but other than that it was great. Plus the price was super cheap. WIFI was fantastic to. I guess if I had to list any other downsides its that the main street that goes by the hotel is pretty noisy until traffic slows down.

I have stayed here several times and it has always been a great place to stay. My only complaint is that on at least three occasions including this one they fail to leave bathroom tissue so check your room on arrival. Overall, well worth the price.

I was passing through and my car broke down. Everyone from the time I broke down til I left was very helpful and kind. This place was very clean and comfortable.. I would definitely recommend this place!!!!

The welcome was not comfortable and he was rude not very friendly

Lovely place, spotlessly clean. Only thing missing in room was a coffeemaker, that would have been nice. Cereal and muffins for breakfast. Only down side was the area, not a very good area, bit run down, and only place to walk to eat at night is Dairy Queen and that was not good. We have a motorcycle so dont like to take it out at night. Otherwise, the room was perfect and on the spacious side.

Breakfast very limited to cereal and muffins.
Toilet papet is not provided unless you call front desk.
Carpet is dingy.

I heartily recommend this hotel. Clean, obviously recently renovated, and in good condition, the room was larger than expected and very comfortable. One downside - railway line very close.

Really bad experience with the front desk attendant

My wife and her sister, with children, were headed through Snyder, Texas on January 1, returning from the funeral of their mother, during terrible weather conditions of ice/sleet, etc. They had an accident which totaled their car and they ended up at the hospital. I had returned home earlier and my wife, her sister and children were returning the next day. My wife contacted me after they checked out OK and I booked the hotel room with 2 queen beds on Expedia for them to stay the night at approximately 10 PM. The local police were kind enough to transport them to the hotel at around 11 PM.
The hotel management harassed them when they arrived and told them they "lied" booking the room since they did not disclose the total number of occupants for the room.
I booked the room under extenuating circumstances and missed hitting the button changing the number of occupants for the room. I did not appreciate the managements comments and treatment of my wife and her sister.
