The room was clean and cozy. The bed was super comfy, staff was friendly and it was conveniently located to tue area we needed to be in! I will definitely be vooking again when i go back to the area.

I am in a wheelchair and originally i thought booked wheelchair accessible room we needed to change when we got there because we needed another bed the room was totally not wheelchair accessible at all could not use nathroom at all used the one in the hall i didn't mind yhat so much and totally accepted the room we were in then about a hour after we checked out they called and accused of stealing a thing that you put your luggage on which we totally did not take coffe machine did not work ot was just not a room i expected grom holiday inn and the to be accused of taking something which we did not o was disappointed in this hotel

The free breakfast for this property was outstanding!!! The only reason I don’t give this property 5 stars is because the beds are not very comfortable and the room size is small. Other than that, everything else was great

My father was in the nearby hospital for over a month. I stayed here a couple of times to visit him. Coincidentally, I was assigned the same room both times I visited. The toilet in room 211 does not flush well, and you have to wait 10-15 minutes for the bowl to fill before you can flush it again. It was awkward to be "trapped" in the bathroom with family visiting in the main area of the hotel room. I mentioned it to the attendant my first stay, but found the toilet still didnt work well on my second stay 2 weeks later. Otherwise, thank you for the easy check in. I love the comfortable, clean beds and linens so very much.

This location was convenient and easy to get in and out of. The room was exceptionally clean and seemed to be recently remodeled. Staff was friendly and would stay again when next in the area.

The first room we were assigned had a strong urine smell, like someone had urinated on the bed or carpet. This room never should have been offered. The second room was comfortable. The shower floor was not very clean and they do not have room service unless you ask. The pool looked very nice but we did not use it.

I made a reservation for (3), described as a king bed with sofa bed. Walking in to the room, had an awful smell of chlorine as our room was right by the pool, secondly there was no sofa bed, just a sofa chair. I requested another room and they claimed to be completely sold out.
We get back from our event at 1:30 am and ever is people drinking in the lobby. We were in the first floor just down the lobby. These people were so loud, I had to call the front desk!!
Also when we had walked in at 1:30 am overhead the receptionist said he had just sold out!! Hmmm
So the ladie that checked us in lied!!
It has to be the worst stay!!!
