The location of the hotel Calle Samaniego 20 is excellent! It’s in the old town making it close to the historical sights. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops in the area. We even walked to the City of Arts and Sciences. Enjoyed Valencia very much. Christmas lights made it even prettier at night.

This hotel was excellent for our stay in Valencia. It was tucked away in a tiny side street that was just steps from various plazas, shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The woman who was at the front desk when we arrived was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and very neat! Our young son loved getting to sleep in the little loft. We would absolutely consider staying again.

Rather worn & no coffee or coffee maker on site. Shower was very old & so slippery.

The room we were staying got the cigarette smell eventhough it has non-smoking policy. It may need a penalty/fine for the guest who was breaking the rule as they shouldn't smoke inside the room.
I wished there're a writing desk fo with a chair, and maybe a small kettle for making a cup of tea/coffee.
But the reception was good, friendly and tried her best to accommodate us, and give a good direction for the transports and taxi. Thank you for very nice checked in/out.

Fantastic location in the heart of the old town and well positioned for exploring further afield in this wonderful city.

Great central location, everything you need for a base. Location near great square plenty of places to eat etc nearby. Would definitely stay here again. 20 minute walk to metro line that runs direct to airport.

The hotel is a good low cost choice in a quiet location. It is comfortable and stylish with helpful staff. It is conveniently placed for the old town with a good range of bars and restaurants nearby. Happy to recommend.

This hotel was an amazing find and such a good price for the location. You're 5 mins from the centre where it's full of bars, shops and restaurants.
The first floor is a little noisy but to be expected, it's an old building in a busy location. This didn't ruin anything for us though. We had an amazing stay here, so clean and comfortable and the staff couldn't do enough for us.
We would definitely book here again if we were lucky enough to go back to valencia.

The location of this hotel was absolutely amazing!
The staff especially the main lady was so caring and nice to us, she help me organise how to see a doctor in Spain and was so lovely even gave me a tea!!

A nice hotel in Valencia's old town. Rooms are basic, but clean and comfortsble. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location for many attractions. Plenty of bars and restuarants nearby..

Organised a taxi transfer to pick us up from the airport which was a good start & our room was ready early. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the old town. All the staff were very friendly and helpful & the hotel was very clean along with our room. Only downside was a bit of street noise as our room was right on the sheeet but everything else was fantastic & would highly recommend.

Great little hotel. Brilliant area. Quiet. Basic - no shelves anywhere or cupboards. Quirky heating. Silicone and grouting in bathroom could do with a refresh. Friendly helpful front desk staff.

In the old part of the city, convenient for everything - shops, transport, sightseeing and restaurants. Staff are knowledgable and helpful. Rooms are a good size; clean, comfortable and with a/c. Can only imagine the low star rating is down to the fact the hotel doesnt have a bar or restaurant but there are loads to choose from on your doorstep.

Good location, close to some main sights and a short walk from most others. Staff behind the desk were very helpful and able to book tickets for the City of Art and Science, so you could skip the long lines.

Brilliant hotel, lovely staff and great location - just a short walk away from the cathedral. Would definitely return!
