Awful bed awful room

Given the price, expectations were not set for a glamorous hotel, but for something clean with functioning amenities. The air con unit in one room out of our 2 was loud, on a 40 degree day. No other rooms were available. There was also a chicken nugget and pen found in my child’s bed. Apart from these quibbles, the room was ok and generally tidy, if a little tired. That aircon unit definitely needs replacing tho.

I’m not one to usually leave reviews however I felt it necessary after staying here on Thursday. After driving 10 hours yesterday my partner & I were looking for somewhere to stay. First of all; This place was convenient, well priced, the room size is fine you’re looking for somewhere to rest. Walking distance to food & the receptionist was also nice. However, the noise and uncleanliness of the facility was not it. The motel is right off the Hume highway which is fine however the windows didn’t provide any soundproofing whatsoever so unless you are a deep sleeper, you are listening to the loud traffic all night. You can also hear everything coming from the rooms next to you. We didn’t ask reception to change rooms as by the time we realised this, it was past staffed hours & we had also been notified earlier when checking in that we took one of the last rooms. Secondly, the uncleanliness. I’m not sure if we got a room that had been missed? Both the beds were made however there was still rubbish sitting just under the bed. The bathroom was not clean, even with some brown substance on the walls next to the bin near the toilet. The door handle to the bathroom was broken as well as the toilet roll holder just holding onto the wall. I understand not to expect much for $84 a night, however basic cleanliness would have been nice.

The property is located along the Hume highway. It has ample of parking. The room was small, good for solo or couple. I did not like the approach of the staff when my car was side doored overnight by another guest's car. The staff responded they do not have a CCTV in front car park which is kind of absurd and not good security wise. They asked me to lodge a police complaint.

This hotel is basic, if you’re looking for a hotel for rest, for the price this is adequate. The rooms are relatively small, maybe a bit tight for a couple that’s looking to stay longer than a night, the bathroom is also small - beds are comfortable. I will mention the safe being very polite and eager to assist.

Room was nice and clean bathroom could be a bit tidier overall it wasn’t a bad place to stay very convenient for what I needed

Convenient location for work, staff are always friendly and very helpful , room is comfortable with tv, a/c, kettle tea and coffee but drawback is the traffic noise from the highway and motorway.

Our room was right on Hume Highway and it was too noisy and traffics too busy ..

I travel intestate often and this was one of the most cleanest properties I have ever stayed.

This hotel was fine to stay in. No frills as expected but comfortable bed. No plug for the sink though and they don't supply them! Continental breakfast with a coffee for $10 was good value. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

I liked hearing some lady having some good sex down the hall. Nice acoustics. The bed needs brakes though. Your pillow falls down on the floor. Nice experience without a doubt. Would highly recommend for the price. 👌

The staff where always friendly and helpful. The pilliws where uncomfortable, flat and could not get extras. I probably would not come again. If I can't sleep because the flat pilliw is of no use. Why bother.

NO ELEVATOR!!! , continental breakfast was terrible - i should be able to make my own cup of tea or coffee- condiments should be individually packaged - communal condiments are not hygienic

Safe, convenient and easy parking. I wish the air con was a quiet split cycle like in most hotels. This one in my room sounded like a small aircraft engine.

Easy check in. Room clean and easily accessible and has everything needed No complaints and would definitely stay again

bath and toilet are form to one room. and not clean. but, those is exist to my own room. not share room.
