Nice clean and comfortable. Water pressure was low but all was good for a quick stay while traveling

Pool and hot tub were not operational

The room was clean and comfortable, the front office fellow was very friendly and accommodating, the hotel was next to a 24-hour C-Store so parking was a little dicey, and a neighboring room had two BIG dogs who were loud every so often. I'd be happy to book there again. There was a great restaurant right across the street.

The room was clean and there was a good breakfast but had an emergency happen at the end of our first day that required us to leave early. Even though we offered to be out by 8 a.m., staff said a refund for the following nights was impossible, despite the fact that staff asked us to come back hours after our original check in time.

Business center needed refining, printer out of toner, had to update Windows in order to use computer. Someone had switched B and N keys on the keyboard. Staff were really nice and helpful. Room was very clean.

Building permeated with cooking odors. Front desk staff dressed unprofessionally and kept interaction to a minimum. Facilities tired - chipped toilet seat, chipped bathroom tile, leaky bathtub faucet. 1990s decor. Pool closed ro maintenance.
In this case I paid for what I got - a relatively decent and chep room that allowed me to clean up and get organized after 5 days of backpacking.

On the internet the photos of their rooms showed a small frig and a small microwave. Our room had only a frig. The freezer part of the frig was broken, having to be propped. up. We were disturbed twice by staff members knocking on our door, but not giving a reason.
The room was comfortable. The breakfasts were better than expected.

We checked in late. The young lady gave us 2 card keys. Went to that room and neither card worked. Went down to desk, she re-keued the cards. Same thing and yhen guest inside tgat room said she had that room. We apologized. Manager was there as we tried that time. He said his daughter gave us the wrong room. Took us to correct room and 2 new keys.
Picture of room online shows sitting are with chairs. There was a sitting area large enough for comfort chairs but it was empty of anything. Was only a bed, 2 night stands, and a TV in the room. Any extra items had been removed.
During the early hours a high ptxhed alarm went off lasting for 15 min. Very disturbing.

It is noisy. The heater the fridge are so loud. I got no sleep..the bathtub faucet leaks ...alot staying somewhere else next week. The clerk is a very nice man though.

They didn’t have much staff … I had to ring the bell at the front desk for some time before anyone came. Also, breakfast was served from 7-9 am, only, which wasn’t early enough for us given the activity for which we were there. The pool is very small and cold.

One of the lamps wouldn’t turn on, shower wouldn’t stop dripping, and WiFi wouldn’t work. The rest was fine. Guess you get what you pay for.

This Quality Inn was so clean and had a wonderful full hot breakfast! Many other motels just have packaged and very slim choices. We also used the laundry facilities which were clean and reasonably priced. We definitely recommend this motel!!

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We love Pinedale and the nearby Wind River Range. It was a convenient place to stay at a great price - and they take pets!

I had someone try to get into my room twice. I tried to change hotels due to a unsafe place and I was told I had to pay for the second hotel. Whole thing ruined my trip and I was not able to do the business I was there to do in the first place.

The property is in an ownership transition, therefore the rooms werent properly supplied with clean linens, there was no pop machine, no free breakfast, and no pool to utilize
