Didn’t like black mould in pool, money theft from room, uneven steps and no pool access in areas, tasteless unappetising food.

Overall it is a beautiful property on a beautiful beach. Everything would have been 5 star except when we checked out. Called for help with our bags at 11:15 (check out is 12). We are seniors and it is a good hike to the lobby. By 12:15, after five follow up calls, we had to just push our bags. Kind of left a bad impression after an otherwise wonderful stay.

The hotel is very old and not keep up the condition. Grounding areas were not clean and too crowded and noisy.

The hotel pools were exquisite and the beach was a few seconds walk, so we had the best of both. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There were always enough Sun loungers and the food was fantastic.

Beautiful setting right on the beach, with several pools that catered for young, old and children with shaded areas also. Indonesian restaurant was magnificent with perfect service. Will definitely be back to stay!

Excellent hotel and grounds with good restaurants in the hotel and also nearby.

Property was very well maintained and clean. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Whole area around the resort was immaculate. Would definitely come back.

On arrival we had to wait for 1 hr after check in time to check in. The staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. The breakfast was terrible and like a mess hall with people fighting over the one toast machine. The room service took an hr to be told they had run out of white wine. There was a wedding in the mess hall which was so noisy. Thank god we had a pool villa which was lovely but I got eaten alive with mosquito’s. Such a disapointing stay seeing it was out honeymoon.

Stayed for 3 days. The pool villa was great. Really 5 star rating. The staff was very accommodating. They really took care of us. The beach front was perfect.

The staff where super friendly and very helpful. We stayed 7 nights and enjoyed living at the pool villa. The resort is located walking distance to the shops and restaurants. We will defiantly come back and recommend this Resort.

Stunning big main pool on 3 levels with beach view. Lovely staff. Nice confortable room. Big bathroom. Stunning beach. Cleanliness.

I booked a room here and it was not a pleasant stay. My room wasn’t available until late and there was big puddle at the door of my room. The room itself was very big and comfortable I liked the room itself, but the water was disgusting. I filled up the bath and the water was like dark brown sewer water that comes out of the tap. The shower also brown water was very gross. Another thing, the food is zero out of 10. Was terrible quality. They want you to wear a mask while you eat at the restaurant aswell which was ridiculous. They are lucky the room itself was good or else I’d give the place zero. I won’t return I’ll wait for the place next door to re open

Service, Room, Food everything was perfect! I absolut recommend this hotel to everyone! We had a room with a private pool, this extra money was worth it. Personal was super nice, very helpful! Mall is in walking distance, there is a free bus ride from the hotel but it’s nice to walk there, just 5 minutes walk. Of course Mall is for tourists and not the “real Bali” but still if you wanna have the “real Bali” grab a cap and drive to Denpasar. Hotel is best for relaxing, beach is very nice too. Even if the hotel has a lot of beds, you feel very private there! There a different areas with sunbeds, it never feels crowded. Don’t forget the yoga classes, you need a extra portion of motivation in the morning but it is a great start in the morning - after yoga watch the sunrise at the beach (depends which month you stay there!), in the water! Great place for a perfect vacation.

Beach full of plastic, one Russian tourist was cleaning it up. It it’s a five star resort they should clean up and for the price we pay. Bathroom sink was blocked and dirt.

Had a fantastic holiday in Bali. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and happy to help with the smallest things. There was a big selection of food for breakfast, something for everyone. We also enjoyed an excellent spa treatment. Would definitely return! Thank you.

We loved the beach in front and how close Inaya is to Bali Collection. the resort is beautiful, staff friendly and helpful. food is excellent too. Our aircon didnt work to begin but the staff quickly fixed it. fridge could be colder too. otherwise everything was great. Breakfast was awesome!

All Staff are very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.Swimming pools are lovely. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of foods. Ria the Asst Front Desk Manager was exceptionally helpful, professional and polite.

The staff members were amazing, from the moment we arrived, to the moment we checked out. Would definitely recommend and return

Spacious rooms in great condition. Staff always ready to help and assist in any request. Location is great - walking distance to several main spots in Nusa Dua.
