Large quiet clean apartment style accommodation. Needs a bit of a refurbish.
Bed was old and uncomfortable. Was handy for the location.

My kids said it was one of the nicest hotels they have stayed in... lots of room beds were good..nothing compares to your bed at home...
I will be booking the same hotel next time i go to Ballarat..thanks...

Curtains were too small to cover the window entirely. Both shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower were empty.

This motel is very convenient, well located, clean and clearly well cared for. Unfortunately we had a very long aggressive argument taking place outside our room through much of the first half of the night, a radio that went on at 4.30am in another room and then a loud business call directly outside our window at 6am. It was not a restful night and we moved accommodation. We were not able to get refunded for the remainder of our stay.

helpful staff when things go wrong. bit pricey for what you get...the playground is across the road.quiet location and only a short drive to all the fun places.

Stay was good. Only thing missing was plates. Had a jug , toaster, cups and saucers but no plates for toast.

First time I have stayed in a property where staff have kept a spare room between guests (so quiet) when the property is not at capacity.
An older motel, but money being spent lifting the standard. New air-con and TV.
Beds very comfortable, good quality woolen blankets.
Great range of spreads for toast (butter, jams vegemite).
Will definitely stay here again.

There were huge cracks in the walls and wood falling offside tables and old unremoved air con frame. Shower head was cheap plastic metallic colour which was not fitted properly, so having a shower was messy.

Room was generous size and in a really peaceful setting opposite a little park. Very comfortable bed. Good value. Very clean. Appreciated the microwave, fridge and good TV.

Nice quiet motel very close to where I needed to go. One thing I did miss there wasn’t a list where you could go for dinner that was close to the motel and no coffee mugs just cup and saucer

The only problem was that the hot water kept fluctuating hot and cold especially in the shower. Other than that was very comfortable.

Stayed for one week. The grounds were maintained by the family. Very nice gardens and tree. Enjoyed lunch outside under a tree at the bbq table. Staff were helpful and friendly. Parking was very easy with wide spaces for each vehicle. Eureka muesum and stockade were directly across the road. On the whole a great place to stay. Very convenient location close to the city centre and easy to get to anywhere from. We would definitely stay again.

Description and photos are false. There is no pool. The gardens are a flower bed with roses. No breakfast, no reception hall and only a couple of the many other amenities listed are onsite.
Several dead flys on bathroom basin on arrival and the bathroom door in room 15 needed to be slammed shut and forced open. Not great noise wise.
Reception was closed everytime we tried to contact them. Even at check out at 10am.
Only positive was the location, quiet and the park across the road was great.
Expedia were very helpful and apologetic, but still a dissapointed family here.

Clean and easy reaching
After 6 check in property manager will massage you. You not rush to there and just logged the passcode get the keycard,
So friendly for every late comer to check in

Enjoyed a night in Ballarat during the school holidays. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was neat and tidy, and had everything a family could need. Convenient location, heated pool across the road was a hit with the kids and the Indian restaurant up the road an easy and delicious dinner option.
