The inn is extremely quaint and charming, and within walking distance to several sites on our itinerary. Jennifer cooked our breakfast of scrambled eggs, toast, and bacon to perfection! The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed talking to them. I liked that it is located within the Rose Hill Historic District. The only drawback is that it is close to Hwy 65, so there is some traffic noise. But it is two blocks from the Big Four Pedestrian Bridge, and we so enjoyed watching the lights change colors at night. I was raised in Jeffersonville from ages 0-10, and had only been back for a very brief visit in the 1990s, so I really enjoyed this chance to learn more about my hometown--I saw so little of it as a child. I never knew it had such beautiful old neighborhoods, that are perfectly preserved. My own neighborhood, built in the late 1950s, had barely changed, and is still pristine.

The hosts were both delightful people and the inn was beautifully restored and decorated. Walking distance so several restaurants and shops and convenient driving distance to all things Louisville. Will definitely make a return trip in the near future.

Darling bed and breakfast in a great location, accessible to walking bridge, downtown Louisville and Falls of the Ohio. Only unpleasant part was staff smoking on the front porch where guests are.

We loved our stay here! It was such a nice experience. The room was lovely, the people are so kind, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good! I would highly recommend a stay here if you are in the area.

Loved this B&B. Just across the river from Louisville and easy to access. Lots of places to walk to near by. Innkeepers are lovely people. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved the historic building! Exposed brick, very tall ceilings, beautiful woodwork, amazing staircase! We stayed in the suite on the third floor, which was huge and very well furnished. We enjoyed time on the rooftop deck in the afternoon and then a short, 5 minute walk to dinner and the river stage for a concert. The owners were very sweet and accommodating as well. We will be back!

The room was absolutely beautiful, the breakfast delicious, and the couple who run it just so incredibly sweet!! Not only did they offer me food from the kitchen when my flight was delayed arriving at 3am! When I forgot my charger the next day after check out, the drove it to me (as I didn’t have a car)!!! Can’t say enough good things!! Would definitely stay there again!! Highly recommended!!

We did not stay as this was the last stop on our vacation and, with the neighborhood, felt we would need to completely unpack our vehicle and lug it all to our suite. No comment, good or bad , on anything else... although it may explain the three day cancellation clause

Wonderful B&B with friendly owners and staff. The Royal/Bridal Suite has an incredible bathroom with double jacuzzi tub, double shower with multiple shower heads (including ceiling) and a Numi Kohler toilet. Also a tv above the tub in the mirror.
