The hotel was really great. Comfy bed and they had a hospitality room with drinks and snacks! It was awesome! The location was also really great. We would definitely stay here again.
I would pass on paying extra for breakfast though. The place the voucher was for was more of a bakery and very overpriced. We opted not even to eat there.

Great old hotel. Location in Boerne was very nice. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Hospitality room was a great place for the six of us to gather. The wraparound balcony was nice but the weather didn’t cooperate. Drinks and snacks provided in the hospitality room were a nice touch. The bathroom was luxurious - really nice shower!

Great location and our room was towards the back so it was very quiet! Easy walking access to Main Street for food and retail. Check in process is no contact and super easy. Fabulous room, wonderful bathroom and large fluffy towels!! No small fridge but not a big issue. Would absolutely stay again!

My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and also scouting for quality hotels to put up our guests when we relocate our business to the Boerne area.
The William offers a nice decor. With our favorite restaurant, the Cypress Grille downstairs its a great location. But im gking to be brutaly honest. There are discrepiancies.
YOLO Texas described this hotel has having soft luxurious sheets. The truth is the sheets were 100 count rough like military issue.
Also website said room came with robes. Nope.
Walls were thin, thought the neighbors were coming through the wall.
The TV was volume restricted and was at times impossible to hear, probably to compensate for the thin walls.
Surprised there was no hair dryer. I havent been in a hotel without a hair dryer in decades, even hotels for 3 times less.
Sadly hotels need to recognize that there are people who are medically restricted for heart reasons to being able to only drink decaf coffee or tea. Having no choice but cheap bottled water is literally no choice at all. You know, we all like to wake up to coffee.
Also the image i saw on the internet of breakfast served on the balcony is misleading. I was looking forward to tge ambience of an anniversary breakfast served on the balcony. However the best part is the partnership and value your hotel has with Bakery Lorraine. A great find even if you have to drive aways.

Simple, but nice and stylish accommodation. Beautifull rooms, cozy atmosphere and central location right in the middle of the Boerne downtown area with restaurants, bars and shopping right outside the door. Breakfast is vouchers for the local bakery half a mile down the road which was also a good experience.

The room was beautiful. The hospitality room was well stocked. The William is located in the center of town within walking distance of all restaurants and darling shops.

The William is a great spot for a getaway. It’s situated right on Main Street. We love walking along Main Street, enjoying the boutique shopping and the open market on the square. There are amazing dining options just a walk away. The bedding and linens are luxurious and soft. The rooms have porch seating so you can enjoy a glass of wine and watch the passersby or enjoy the sounds of the Cypress Grille below.

We stayed two nights just after New Year’s Day. We enjoyed walking to everything we needed. Literally either just across the street or the restaurant below our room. Very relaxing. Busy street but still slept well. Large rooms with nice furnishings. It could use some updating but it really didn’t take anything away from our time there. Very restful. We will definitely stay again.

We decided to take a short road trip and visit the town of Borne, Texas for few days following Christmas. The William Hotel definitely met and exceeded our expectations. Our room was French chic, and very comfortable, and super cute.
This hotel only offered contactless check- in and check-out, which we’d never experienced before, but it went just fine without any issues. We also loved that the hotel remained festive with the Christmas decorations throughout our stay. And the hospitality room was a definite plus.
Thank you again for a wonderful and memorable stay.

The room was very nice and in great location. There is no designated parking for people staying at Hotel. We had to park .6 miles from hotel on side of the road. I know there was lot of activities going on around hotel. That is the reason i spent extra money to stay at The William Hotel for location and parking. Very dissatisfied with the parking situation. Never stayed at a hotel that did not have parking for hotel guest. Other then that everything was great. But I will never recommend or stay again due to the parking situation. Having to park .6 miles away on the side of the road and walk to the hotel in the rain and getting soaking wet after paying twice as much for rooms that were not on Main street is not acceptable.

Intimate and luxury in downtown Boerne. Had a wonderful stay for our anniversary and first time first to Boerne. Stayed in Key Deluxe room 201. It was fabulous. Big and beautiful. Staff really do great job of making it sparkle. Hostess stays in constant communication as this is contactless property. Has great hospitality room with coffee and snacks 24 hr and we loved having wine and coffee on balcony overlooking Main St.

The William is a fantastic place for the price. Modern, Fresh and Clean, the Victorian style shows well like a French Quarter New Orleans revival in the heart of Boerne, TX.
Gas Lanterns light the stoop and stairways, there are an abundance of refreshments, bottled waters, cookies, cakes, coffees/teas in the Hospitality Room (access 24/7).
Big rooms, soft padded clean carpets, dressers stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. Water pressure good, Hot showers quickly, with huge tile/glass window shower walls. Flatscreen TV wall mounted, full cable package, and comfortable downfeather pillows, and big king mattress memory foam topper!! Sleep easy!
It was cool in the evenings, so we just sat out on the stoop with the wicker furniture and table provided, drinking beer and wine, listening to music… Cozy and Relaxing.
The place is so charming. Plan to return soon!

I was a bit concerned about the contactless check-in process and learning that there wasn't anyone on site if we needed something, but everything we needed was already in our room (extra towels, toilet paper, soap/shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer).The room was very clean and well decorated (very simple). Great location......close to eateries and plenty of shopping.
Would definitely stay again.

Molly was so kind to call me and made sure I received all the info I needed upon arrival. Her instruction was easy to follow. This hotel room that i stayed in was so gorgeous! Everything was wonderful. Will be looking forward staying again in the future!!

The property was clean and comfortable, but we would not stay again due to paper-thin walls, our neighbor’s television blaring all night, and no communication from the staff when we reached out for help. Now, we were aware the hotel did not have front desk staff, but they did have an after-hours number to call for problems. We called multiple times reporting noise from next door (television blasting all evening- from 10 PM through 10 AM). The hotel never responded to our concerns or attempted to deal with noise complaints.

Great place to stay for our girls weekend trip. This small hotel is right on Main St and close to several really good restaurants and coffee shops. Since it is on Main it was easy to drop our shopping bags off when our arms got full! And grab a cold soda out of the stocked hospitality suite. Our room had two queen beds, was HUGE, with a large bathroom, was quiet, clean, and nicely decorated.
