The staff was very helpful, however the Hot tub has been our of service for over 30 days.

Hotel rooms showing signs of wear. Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke.

Room is clean. Set up was average. Couldn’t plug run coffee where set up. Some staff super friendly, at check out not so much.

The front desk was really rude and did not honor our online rate for the night. they told us that they do not do online rates. Also they had two soccer teams staying there and put our room on the floor with the teams which made for a very sleepless night. Rooms were clean but the beds were so hard and wabbly I thought that they would come off the base while sleeping.

Free parking, free breakfast, clean room and facilities, and friendly and nice staff.

Toilet had a few issues. Otherwise, it was great!

couldn't check in until 4 and then when we went to check in the room wasn't ready. I was given a room way back in the boonies. No problem but construction works were back there too and every time they left the building, the outside door slammed. It started at about 5am.

Easy friendly check in. We hadn’t planned on stopping so we didn’t have supplies. The front desk gentleman gave us tooth brushes and toothpaste which was appreciated.

This hotel was fine for Yorkton. It did the trick. It was average, average clean and good for me and my kids.

Well kept

The beds were very comfortable, better than what we usually find in hotels. However, I have severe arthritis in my knees. I had asked for an accessible room with a walk-in or stand-alone shower. I did not know until after I booked and paid for the room than NONE of the rooms are have an accessible shower. I could not change hotels at that time, because we were travelling with 4 other couples. Because of a lack of accessible rooms for people with disabilities, I will not choose this hotel again.

The staff is awful, and have terrible service skills, there was no one at the front desk to check us in even after we waited 10 mins then I called the hotel and waited another 10 mins on hold for someone to show up. I had also booked a king suite and they only gave me a queen suite then continued to argue that it was a king suite when it was not but still charged me the extra money for the king suite

Great place to stay. The continental breakfast was good but set up poorly. It was the weekend so I get that it will be busier but it was very crowded in the area to get food. Pool is a bit small for a water slide and if there’s a lot of people it’s crowded instantly. Otherwise everything else was good and would stay here again.

Upon arrival, the two staff members at front desk seemed like they were bothered by me approaching them. Instead of "Hello", I got an abrupt "The website is down right now." Once I said I was checking in, that was completed well enough. I guess you could tell the staff were having a bad day and feeling grouchy. And then, I had booked this hotel for the waterslide and some time in the hot tub. I was advised that they cannot run the waterslide without a lifeguard, and they are only able to get one on the weekends, so we were out of luck. And then we found out the hot tub was out of service. That was all a little disappointing; but at least the pool was heated and my kids still had fun swimming. The room was clean and tidy, no complaints. The hotel is starting to show its age with some tears in the hallway carpet and bubbling wallpaper, but it was satisfactory. The beds were quite firm. I wish it had better light darkening curtains, but we did alright. Breakfast was nothing fancy, but satisfactory. The usual continental breakfast choices, so we left well fed. The staff member in the morning for checkout was pleasant.

My stay was good. Just a couple things though, it was posted that housekeeping would be done upon request but still had house keepers wanting to come in early in the mornings when I needed to sleep. Thin blankets, had to ask for extras & tv had less than listed channels available. Staff was amazing but some things just weren’t as posted.

After being checked in a couple hours before and sleeping at 10:45 pm (1:45am my time) my room phone rings and then my cell and it’s the front desk telling me they all of a sudden need more cash for a deposit or I’ll have to leave? Had to leave to find a bank to get cash in the middle of the night. Awful experience. Also, just because the hot tub was nasty green and the slide was out of order. Very poor experience, stay somewhere else more professional.

Property was easy to find and had many convenient places around for dining and or shopping.

Someone couldn't find something so furnature was moved and there were bugs behind the night stand. Beds were very hard and a spring was in my back the whole night.

Nor happy that I had to pay a extra $50.00 because I had booked through a third-party. I never had this problem before.

The room i got was so awesome, very comfy for my daughter she was so excited running around and smiling, all in all great.

It was a great experience and was easy to get around and find everything.

Only one person at the desk when we arrived. She was on the phone. A delivery girl delivering food for someone was standing waiting for the woman’s attention. Who knows how long she was waiting. After long wait we finally got to check in. No one at front desk when we went to check out. Waited again until someone finally showed up. Not impressed.
