It was a beautiful stay and comfortable and the customer service was excellent, will stay again ♥️

Good experience....nice room reasonable price....wished they had more outlets by the beds to charge your phones... pizzeria by the motel was very good

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The rooms were inhabitable. I couldn’t stay here and lost my money by selecting this hotel Absolutely disappointed. I will never recommend this hotel and will tell everyone I know to never book a room here.

The property was not anything like the presented images online, it was dirty and felt unsafe due to lack of security on the windows and doors. The window did not lock and we were told not to feel scared since we were on the third floor (We were actually on the Second floor) and no one was going to climb up. When we insisted that we were not comfortable with the window not locking, the maintenance guy used a piece of wood to try and lock the window from opening (This was after he hesitated and was reluctant in assisting). The key cards were not working most of the time to open the main door to the hotel and the place smelled badly.

The staff were very helpful and provided outstanding service! If they invested add’l money and upgraded the rooms gradually I believe this property can become a leading establishment for their area.

It was close to train station. Chain on door to room was broken felt a bit unsafe. Coffee maker wasnt working.

The people are nice but the hotel is in terrible condition. My room had two lamps and one didn’t work, no plugs work as well.

It’s a good and clean place . Area around it is safe , easy walk to the bus

The bathroom was broken, the beds only had one pillow. We booked queen size bed but the one's in the room were full size. The smell kept my asthmatic spouse away all night. We would have been better off staying in our car or maybe on the sidewalk.when we reported our concerns we were told that no other room was available and no staff was able to fix the problems. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless it's for a quickie with a hooker and I'm being nice.

Even we reserved a non smoking room!!
The check in clerk sayd that there is no other room for us.

Noisy guests during the night. Odor of smoking is strong, sound of smoking alarms turned the night into a nightmare.

Before covid this place served free breakfast and had a gym. Now no breakfast, no gym but prices went up. Place is run down - torn wallpaper and hole in the wall in my room, bathroom door handle mounted in reverse, missing sheer curtains, empty liquid soap containel, no lotion, no conditioner. Bathroom was not properly cleaned, found soap marks and long black hair (i am bild, so it was not mine). I will never stay there again.
