Somewhat clean but very dated. Might want to spend a buck for some new furniture and bedding. Nice location, close to everything.

Very clean, quiet, and AFFORDABLE place to stay for a visit to Blue Spring State Park.

Our stay was perfect! Our room was squeaky clean, comfortable, tasteful and large! The area consists of a few quiet businesses. If a hotel room in this area is needed in the future, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

Very, very musty, damp smell. Door paper thin and people on either side live there, and very loud! No breakfast, no conditioner for hair, burn holes in bedspread. Marijuana smoking outside by residents 😏! Don’t recommend!

The room was very nice. Rodeway Inn sounds like a dump from the name, but we very impressed with the room. It was the nicest property of our three hotel trip. The put a $100 hold on your account until they verify that you didn't smoke in the room, but it dropped off my card as they said it would. Would recommend and stay here again. Only thing bad is that they only offer coffee in the room instead of at the office.

This motel new staff is not answering the office bell to help customers. You call and it takes 4 to 7 rings before they answer in a bored voice. The room was semi clean. Bedding is full of holes and stained. I won't be back. After 3 months of using this hotel. Staff said they don't keep Hotels.com up to date for rooms. They want people to book in person at the office. Not over the phone or 3rd party websites. BED HARD AS FLOOR

Smoking room was offered by new management instead of the non smoking booked. There's a surprise $100 fee that must be paid on the same card you pay with. New management does not value repeat customers. I've stayed at this hotel every week for almost 3 months last year. This new manager is not customer friendly.

The room was clean, the one person "staff" was nice, I got the feeling this property was more efficiency apartment than motel. certainly was not worth the ninety ($90.00) per night.
I was not pleased to find out, at check in, I had to post a $100.00 deposit in addition to $90.00. Defentility will not re-book.

This property feels like it should rent by the hour. When I went up to my room and down, there was someone sitting on the steps smoking. She got up so I could pass. To sign in, you are slipped the paper through a window from the parking lot. Although my room fronted a Balcony that people walked passed and the back window looked onto a house, there were no sheer curtain. All around, not a place I will be staying at again, although the room itself was clean.

Continuing intrusion of the housekeeping demanded they come in room to INSPECT & clean room after repeatedly telling them that it wasn't needed!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Great price for the location. Room smelled funny, bedspread was very worn, shower curtain was torn. BUT the bathroom was clean, coffee pot and hair dryer worked. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.

If you need a simple room just for a night, this is a very nice place. I needed a break afathere after 12 hours of driving in a road trip with the family.

Arrived about 6:05 and office was closed. Did have a person on a night shift (window), but their English was difficult to understand. Room was OK, but not an 8 as indicated. More like a 6.5. Air was off when arrived and had musty odor. Air conditioner was very noisy, as was the street, Could not tell me where to get food - other than a bar - and did not have any idea of who delivered. No area info, no channel guide for TV. Checked out at 8:00 am. Office still on night shift (window) - different person - but not very friendly. You get what you pay for.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. The only thing I did not like was the drain in the tub/shower did not drain.
