Excellent place to stay with your family. Booked because lungau card was included and it exceeded expectations. Kids play area is incredible with pixle room and activity video games. Staff was so nice and kind to the whole family. I liked the fact it is dog friendly. We will be coming back with our dog in winter.

When arriving ask for a room in the highest floor because the noise coming from neighbours above was terrible. Or maybe we just had bad luck with them. But every single day from 19:00 to 23:00 it was almost unbearable to stay in our apartment. It felt like they were moving furniture for fun and discovering all possible ways to annoy everyone below. It is true that after our complaints staff offered us to change the room but we were already fully un-packed and settled and did not feel like packing again and moving around. Which might have been an unfortunate decision if you ask us now. But still - something must be done regarding this issue.
