It’s a motel..what you would expect

It was dirty and it smells bad and I left at 2am because someone was shooting right by my room.

Needs a lot of updating

The overall rating of this hotel does not match the room that we got. It was incredibly dirty, with mold on the ceiling and gross things on the walls and heaters. The mattress was broken on one side and would make us almost fall off one side. Overall no a good experience, would not recommend.

Shower was excellent like a massage

My reservation was cancelled by the hotel without any advise. I had to look for another hotel after a busy day and after driving for 5 hours coming from Massachusetts. Terrible experience.

Room was small and filthy. The shower handle kept falling off so hard to control water temperature. Bed had huge indents in the mattress so I slept in a hole for 3 nights and my back is killing me now. Only 2 towels when we got there so asked for more and the guy at the desk did not know what a hand towel was so we got washcloths instead. The walls were very thin and we got to listen to the couple next door and she was a screamer! Other guests made us uncomfortable hanging outside drinking and smoking plus we were woke up early to a guy singing rap badly outside of door and the language was quite bad. No extra locks on doors. The refrigerator and microwave worked nicely!

Probably not going to die here or anything crazy but it’s definitely not the nicest place to stay. Staff was kind and helpful. Room was fairly clean. And the deadbolt didn’t work on the room door. Overall fit my needs for the night and worked fine.

This place was the biggest dump I ever stayed in. No heat - we froze. Filthy and disgusting. Such false advertising.

Everything good.

Everything was ok until I woke up to banging and drilling at 7am in the morning all the way until 11am which was check out time. They sent a worker to do construction on a unit right next door to me. Totally rude and unacceptable. Never will book there again. I also won’t be booking through hotels.com in the future. They couldn’t even process a refund for the inconvenience. They could’ve had the worker fix the room next door after the guest checked out at 11am

Nice

Had a great stay they even gave me an extra hour to check out

It was clean, staff so friendly. Room was a bit small, bed was uncomfortable but clean. Alot of night activity with the renter's. A bit loud when you're trying to sleep. The shower needed plumbers tape. It sprayed every where. I would stay again but the beds need to be updated

I didn't like anything

The motel staff were nice and friendly. However the motel itself is another story. The room at first is nice but as you start looking you quickly notice how disgusting it can get. From the stains on the pillow sheets to the sheets themselves. Not once but twice we had to ask for bed sheets because the ones stocked in the room were covered in stains and other like fluids. Replacement sheets had burn holes all over them. Personally the hygiene was a big let down. The staff were nice but they need to do better in keeping the rooms clean.

The picture for the hotel was deceiving. It looked like a nice place, but in the back it was a lot different. The room was small, with a broken heater in the bathroom. The site read 4 stars, but later i found out it was a 1 star hotel.

The room was clean and the bed and bathroom. Smelled nice also. No complaints here.

Won’t be staying here ever again.

If you want improvements in your property should invest in the property its really bad condition i never expected something like that it’s so getto and duty

The manager would not allow my husband to check in and I felt he was discriminated against he has never been to that city and the front desk said he had stayed there before and they were not going to give him a room.

I love the lady there she is so nice! Bathrooms just need to be a little more clean.

It was ok. Clean and the towels were good. Bed had a pillow topper and was comfortable. Shower had good pressure. There were black out curtains which worked great. But, the parking spaces were very small- i had to squeeze out of my van to avoid hitting the car next to me. The toilet seat was worn and not attached properly. It is located on a VERY busy street so the traffic noise was constant. It was good for the 1 night that I needed to be in NJ for.

good rate for today's market. Soap did not suds up as normal but I got by. TV only had one channel but I needed to get to sleep right away; so did not matter.

Drapes didn't close, showerhead was broken, sheets looked dirty, TV didn't work at first.

Guest were rude arguing and fighting in parking lot other guest asking for foil paper for whatever reason.

I would not recommend staying here. The refrigerator smelled horrible and the sheets were dirty. I had to argue with the cleaning staff to get my sheets changed.

Easy to get around

Sketchy neighborhood. No shampoo in the room. The guy that come in behind me asked for a two-hour rental.
