I was without my laptop. No service from the hotel.
No restaurant. No Breakfast. In the room just two bags of tea ! no coffee ! two sugar. 5 stars ?

A lot of money put in ambience, saved on mattresses and pillows, those are cheap and not confortable linens are synthetic.

Boutique Hotel Buta is an excellent choice to anyone going to Minsk. It is an upscale hotel, very well located in the heart of everything that is good in Minsk. There is a "food ghetto" at 3 minutes walking from the hotel that offers an ample choice of foods to satisfy any taste.
The property is very clean, with comfortable beds, bathrobes, full set of amenities including tooth brushes, body lotion and other creams. It is small and not crowded. The parking lot is of easy access and the minibar has everything that you may need.
Highly recommended.

Strange feeling.
Ordering food from the hotel restaurant to the room is quite chaotic.
Other than that: perfect place.
Great service, great location, clean and very comfortable bed!

Shower is very small. I didn’t stay in any other hotel if the shower has the same standard in Belarus. The shower is an enclosure, one person can stand and it can be slippery if proper attention is not paid. Staff is friendly, location is great and the cleanliness is good.

The hotel's 5 stars only go as far as the first impression. In reality this is a 3 star hotel max. Reception staff was ok and friendly. The room was good and comfy, with a very nicely filled minibar. But the restaurant and room service staff were disappointing. And while the food was ok, it didn't reach the expectations of a 5 star level.

The hotels is very central, a shirt walking distance to an old city and the shopping malls. Very polite and helpful staff.

Buta is very elegant and every person on the staff i came in contact with is extremely nice. Area is central. It’s clean and it is absolutely silent for a hotel which is a big plus. I rated it just OK because the mattress is uncomfortable for a hotel of this stature. The really heavy polyester quilt is too much for summer but when I asked for something lighter they had nothing. So I had to put the AC on because road was way too noisy to sleep with open windows. But you can’t control the fan speed on the AC so it was either freezing or warm. And the stench of cigarettes wafts into the room from other parts of hotel every night. I just didn’t sleep well there. Shower is terrible too. A huge rain shower head about 6 and a half feet feet high that has no pressure. But there’s a handheld nozzle too which is fine. It was fine for a few nights but I wouldn’t race back.

The hotel was very nice. It has great decor, close to the center and the staff were very nice and welcoming.
It can improve in regards of it's cleaning. For example, when we opened the drawers, they were dirty.
Another thing, the mini bar was packed so nothing was cold, so maybe it's better to put less stuff in there

I was told the hotel is four to five star , but there was no star rates. The furniture were basic, the room service was lousy, they even charge for extra towel, or for a drop of milk with the coffee, I didn’t think I will stay there again.

I was very surprised how luxurious this hotel is. It is actually the best hotel I have stayed in Europe so far for a fraction of a price of most of the places. The rooms are very large with great classy touches.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights and it was everything you could imagine a high quality hotel would offer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate. Location is really nice not to far from the train station and many local restaurants. You can’t beat it for the price. The breakfast had a nice variety each day. I did not eat in the restaurant though. I will always stay at this hotel when I come back.

Our stay was great from arrival to departure. All the staff were very helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and room service was very quick. The hotel location is excellent and centrally located and is also only a few minutes walk on to Independence Avenue (Praspiekt Niezaliežnasci), that contains many of the top sightseeing sites.

It’s clean and basically in working order but not a boutique hotel. That’s just way too big a stretch. 3 stars at best.
