But formanagement they need to imorove lots more.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. It's in close proximity to many great sites in Alexandria, and the staff were welcoming and wonderful. Thank you!

Our suite had two rooms, each with a double/queen sized bed. The furnishings were in good condition and more than adequate. Bed linens and towels were clean and towels were replaced daily. There was daily complete room service with toiletries, coffee and tea packets, etc. The room had a full-sized refrigerator, a double-burner electric cooktop and a sink. If you want to cook you need to bring pots, pans, plates, etc. since there were none of those and only minimal cutlery. We didn't cook so it wasn't an issue. The only negative was that the shower door didn't close completely which resulted in some water on the bathroom floor. There was plenty of hot water for showers. Wifi worked fine. The price is very reasonable for the level of service and facilities so I definitely recommend it.

The place was clean, comfortable, staff was nice and helpful and abiding to all regulations regarding COVID. It was a pleasure staying here, even if it was only for one night.

Bad hotel in a dirty location of the city. Don't believe the pictures.

The service was excellent, price was awesome, Room was spotless, Apartment actually. It is not located in the Alexotel, about a block away, but quite secure and easy to get to. Lots of room with three bedrooms. It is not a Fairmont, but for the price I have paid triple that and gotten far less, so it was excellent. The photos on the website are reasonably accurate.

Changing rates while same day and searching for higher rates something is disappointing adding that management seems to work on higher prices which make select that hotel is bad option comparing with 4 stars Hotels

Very convenient location, excellent price, daily cleaning, helpful staff.

The room wasn’t post in the website. It says that it has WiFi. But it’s only available in the r caption area.

The single room is about 8sqm (so you'd need to use all your luggage) but I found it perfect. The staff are very friendly, the room cleaned each day. It is perfect for a solo trip. The hotel is within walking distance to the night markets and the front. Will definitely re-use this hotel if I return to Alexandria. During my fortnight trip around North of Egypt, this was the best place I stayed in.

This place is so clean and nice. The employees are very calibrator and so honest with the guests.

Staff is quite helpful. In spite of central location difficult to find, even for taxi driver. Rooms are small, but equipped and not as ones as shown on pictures. Bathes are in rooms without good isolation, so be careful when taking shower if do not want of flooding of your room. NO WIFI in rooms Important note for finding hotel: Hotel is right behind or ahead (depending on of your coming direction) of Greek church

It has a good breakfast buffet. Unfortunately the rooms smell like smoke.
