Fantastic garden and pool area that creates a very calm Balinese feeling . Rooms clean and tidy . Close to great restaurants

It was so pleasant to stay there with good amenities and nice helping staffs. Especially special thanks to Mr.Daud he helped and guided us with the places around and arranged rental car for sightseeing trips. Thanks From Srijith and family.👍😊

Stayed at fourteen roses 30 years ago lots has changed but the old charm is still there. Would definitely come and stay again here.

Didn't get double bed as booked. Got 2 single bed and managed with that. Receptionist kept similing and saying sorry for any request. Asked us to move rooms at 11:45pm night after 2 days of stay. Rest Staffs were good and they try helping as much as possible. Impove your services to get good and loyal customers.

the hotel had a lovely green space around the pool area, the staff all happy and friendly , very clean inside and out , breakfast was good plenty of selection .. Thank to Mr Bagus and Miss Ana I will be back

Beautiful garden New rooms are clean Staff go above and beyond ***only negative** the new legian night club is right next door.. thumping till 3 am. But if your a heavy sleeper youll be ok.

Pro: This hotel is in the heart of Legian. Shops, Restaurants, Bars on your doorstep and Beach easily accessible by 10min walk. Despite being of the main strip the hotel complex is well insulated from the sounds of the street, and is quiet. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Hotel ground are well maintained and lush and green. Rooms are spacious, clean and beds super comfortable. Con: The Towels and Pillowcases were quite dull or old looking. These were clean but maybe not washed with bleaching detergent. Bedsheets and Duvet were fine.

Two pools, no loud teens, quiet, lovely gardens, next to shops, cafes, bars. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

Serene, beautiful gardens and staff. There are 2 pools. Breakfast daily, comfortable beds and lovely balconies. Next to loads of shops, cafes and bars. Suit couples with small children and seniors. Not set up for active teenagers.

The staff are so friendly and helpful and always tried to do their best for everyone most times they went beyond what aust hotels do even the general manager and the owners couldnt be me helpful

The breakfast is just not enough variety. This not by far the flashest hotel but it what U get for the price. Stay in their brand new rooms the grand Delux or suits. Much better

there are two hotels that have 14 Roses Hotel as part of the name I was trying to book 14 Roses Beach Hotel was the one i thought. but this one was OK, bit noisy in my room from the street and over the restaurant. had to wait until exactly 2pm to get my room- seemed like it was planned like that.but location was central and not far from the beach and staff were friendly.

good enough for arrival and price ,nice food and pool ,they are doing renos so I cant be to harsh !air cons need a service !

When we arrived, they said even though I booked a double room, they only had 2 single beds, but they could be pushed together, and said they would move us the next day. We were soaked to the skin, and exhausted from dragging our bags since 11am. We were taken to the room, through grass and muddy puddles, dragging our bags. The room was dirty, and disgusting, nothing like the pictures on the Hotels.com website. There were holes in the wall, filthy towels stained and with big holes in them, stained bed linen, and the 2 single beds could not be pushed together as the bedside table was attached to the bedhead. We have photos of the actual state of this property. It was night and raining, so we went back a couple of days later to get some of them. We couldn't stay there, and went to reception to ask for a refund and to check out. The staff were helpful, but said we would have to get a refund from Hotels.com as they hadn't received the payment yet.
