This hotel is situated outside the hussle and bussle of Brickell, but still very much within walking distance. There is a nice walkpatch across the street. A convenient super market is nearby for your grocery shopping. The hotel offers breakfast, but there is also a cafe next door with more variety and choices. One drawback is the very small swimming pool and the limited seating around it. Also the pool is shaded and therefore the water is not very warm. The hotel is located next to some railroad tracks and from about 5.30am trains/metros can be heard passing by regularly. Even on the 7th floor, this woke me up on some days. The room we had was a very nice size, although the bathroom felt a little cramped at times because of the location of the toilet vs the shower and the door. The hotel does not offer daily room cleaning, and we had to request fresh towels a few times even on days when the room was supposed to be cleaned. This was a little disappointing. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we probably would consider to return here, provided the price stays around the same level

My family and I had a wonderful stay. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of space in our room. The kids enjoyed the pool, which is small but served it purpose well. Nice lounge area. The breakfast was probably the best free hotel breakfast we have had. I brought toiletries but they werent needed because they had very nice shampoo and body wash, hair dryer, etc. already in the room. And they were full size, not travel size. The location is great. There is a walking path that goes right in front of the hotel you can follow right into downtown and get on the public transit tram not having to dodge much traffic. But it is a short to moderate walk. The entrance to the hotel was alittle strange. You enter through the parking garage. But there isnt any inconvenience in it. It easy to get in/out the hotel easily, just different. Overall would stay here again 100%.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, not as new as this hotel chain usually is, so it also felt not as clean. Not enough space for breakfast, limited breakfast choices, small quantities, hardly any milk for cereal.

Amazing hotel! We had to book a hotel extremely last min. We picked this one and was very impressed with staff, and room! The free breakfast was a bonus and had laundry too! Beautiful deco for Christmas! I will be booking this hotel again!

Big room, couch and lots of space. Subpar food and the pool is tiny. This Homewood suites doesn’t have as many amenities as other branches I’ve been too. Parking is $25 per day. Cleanliness is okay. No bugs!

The room next to mine 324 had a very loud music party. We complained several times to the front desk without anything being done. This is by far the worst Hilton ever.
The carpet in front of the air conditioner was drenched, the coffee maker didn't function and the shower had a. Instant drip.

This property was very close to all the places I had to go, the VALET was 24/7 so I was able to come and go as I pleased. It was a very easy process to request your car, they provided breakfast every morning free of charge and every Wednesday they have Wine down Wednesday's where they give you free drinks. I really enjoyed my stay, this area was very close to everything Publix was rite down the streets not even a 5 minute drive.
