Our stay at the American River Inn was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and right at home. The historic charm of this beautiful Victorian inn, combined with the peaceful mountain setting, made for a truly relaxing getaway. The rooms were comfortable and full of character, the grounds were beautifully maintained. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality of the innkeeper. If you’re looking for a unique, relaxing, and memorable bed-and-breakfast experience, the American River Inn is a true gem. We can’t wait to return!

Breakfast was really delicious and the girl who cooked it for us was very sweet!! The room did have cobwebs and they didn’t provide any shampoo, conditioner, or soap, which would’ve been nice to know. Overall good stay.

Beautifully maintained property. Spacious air conditioned room. Very comfortable bed, bedding & pillows. Breakfast was delicious with fresh seasonal fruit, omelette one morning & French toast the next. Fresh orange juice & lots of hot coffee. Would definitely recommend & hope to return.
