Satisfactory. We arrived very late and they still received us. It was clean but they had so many cigarettes in the cabinet. The heat and AC were great. For the price and a room with two beds that contained our family of 4, I would say it was worth it.

No good motel

The room was okay

I've been coming to this motel for years and it's always been clean. Four months ago ownership changed and the standards have fallen terribly. It was dirty with visible dirt in the bathroom (tub and toilet), on the walls and the smoke detectors was not on the wall but laying on the counter. And my non-smoking room was clearly smoked in. I will not be returning.

We arrived at the motel, the owner Mian said he did not have our booking from Expedia and did not have a room for us. Not only did I have a confirmed booking through EpediaI but I had called the motel the day before and confirmed my booking with a staff member. Mian was disinterested with my complaint, we were left high and dry without a place to stay. .

Was told that my booking on Expedia was not "confirmed" and that the hotel was sold out for the night and they don't have any room for my and my family. I am completely lost for words. This is unbelievable. It's a long weekend and every other place in town has no rooms available for the night. I don't even know where I'm supposed to stay as I just drove 4 hours to get here. I would appreciate a response to my review please and thank you.

Good for the price

When we came there, it seems like the washroom wasn’t cleaned, the toilet tissue were already half used, and no kitchen or microwave. The bathroom stinks!

Too hot

We didn’t stay I lost 1/2 my money but there was no way I was going to stay there, completely unacceptable you really should go to these places before you advertise for them I’m not sure if I can use your web site going forward

I payed for 2 days and nights only stayed 1 nightgot up to have a shower no hot water it was terrible i left and came home i did not like it at all so the got full payment for a 2 night stay i only stayed 1 night never again im very disappointed

It was ok

Situated across the street from oil storage tanks and very close to an abandoned cement yard where homeless people hang out. Also the boarded up windows were not a positive Luckily we were able to find a room somewhere else. This property is nothing like it’s advertised.

very outdated, cleaning is not the best, they were not informed about my booking as they had no computer at reception, they tend to let me pay more than I booked for, receptist has ugly face, I believe they have a low quality customers that is why she behave that way, I will think twice before booking at next time

The property is in such bad shape it should be condemned by the city. There is mould everywhere.

The property is a dump that i would say looks like a rent by the hour. Upon check in the man checking me in was looking at me like i was from outer space. Then eyeballed my son like he was a criminal and proceeded to act like a parent scolding a child, to not be loud there are neighbours and no smoking. He was rude and should not be in customer service. He didnt even know i had a room booked so i didnt get the room type i wanted and i had to fight for the travelocity price. He made me put an additional $100 deposit that i was unaware of. I will never support this business again and never recommend

Clean upgraded room. Would have liked a mirror in the bathroom and a place to hang clothes. Fridge and microwave were spotlessly clean. Would stay here again. Convenient drive to downtown.

A typical small motel. A little old but well maintained and clean. No unpleasant surprises. Good for a quick shut-eye before hitting the road in the morning.

True value for what I paid.

Ac was not working properly, Tv was not working. Blanket was dirty. No proper lightning in the room. Dirty and smelly rooms. Old building

Reservations made online … very hard time at office when arrived . Lady was rude and difficult. The only good thing was the shower.

Poor customer service.

It was cheap for a reason. The bed was comfortable, other than that, the room was not great. I was looking for a cheap motel to crash then continue on my journey. It fulfilled my expectations.

They didn’t not clean room in 4 days not room service every day they didn’t provide shop shampoo etc

Front office staff a little rude. We stayed during a move and the car was packed and they kept looking at the car and asking if we were planning on putting everything in the room. We said no we are in the middle of a move and we bring in what we need and they just kept watching us like we were up to something

A remarkably quiet and good stay for low Price - I would stay again and great for those on a budget
