The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It is right by Sheplers dock and an easy walk anywhere downtown or to the Grand Hotel. The place was clean, very comfortable and service was great. We had a room overlooking Main Street and it was loud, especially at night when people were drunk and the town was otherwise quiet. I would guess it would be fine if you were planning to be out drinking too or were a heavy sleeper. I think next time I would get a room overlooking the water to avoid the noise. Overall, great experience.

We loved the proximity to everything.
It was a wee bit confusing as to which building to go to when we checked in, as there are several properties, all with the same name~but we figured it out fairly quickly.
We felt safe, it was quiet!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially when we decided to extend our stay. The location was fantastic, right across from the ferry and luggage was manager for us. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was very clean so up to date. Our view of the downtown was fantastic! So love hearing the clip clop of the horses even the sound of the Ferries. We very much enjoyed our stay. I would absolutely stay again!

Very nice and clean rooms The beds are comfy. I would stay they again I wife they had a pump soap or a dish to put the handsoap in, so it doesn’t lay on bathroom counter. I also think a free bottle of water for the room would be nice

Our luggage was taken to and from our rooms, to the ferry. Was greeted with a nice note of welcome and a bottle of wine. We had a beautiful view of the water, and fell asleep at night, to the sounds of crashing waves. Very peaceful. Loved our visit!

The Bicycle Street Inn was a very good experience for us.
It was in a very good location from the ferry. The hotel getting our luggage from the ferry was very helpful as we got there before our room was ready.
The room was beautiful and beds comfortable. We would definetly recommend!

Location is close to main attractions but too close to the loading dock where forded urinate. We would not stay here again due to this.
