Great location, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The suit of armour in the hall gave some fab photo opportunities! Very good value for money.
I found the address a bit awkward as I thought it was off Breadalbane St, rather than a named section of the street. I know its a common way of naming parts of streets, but I was still wrong-footed and had to drive round again. I probably wouldn't have made that mistake if I hadn't been tired, but it might be worth making it clear in the directions.

We loved the location of the house, it was clean, affordable and the owner trusted us with the key whilst not being present at the property. We liked the availability of a kettle in our room, hairdryer, fridge and iron/ironing board. WiFi was good too.
We would have liked some availability/option for fresh drinks in the morning/breakfast.

The rooms were spotless, the beds comfy, the staff very friendly, access easy and very quiet.

Cafetierre and ground coffee
Bed was comfortable
Room was 4 floors up and I really struggled with the stairs. we were not aware of this until arriving at the property.
For a family room it was quite small and didn't even have a chair to sit on.
