Hotels.com has wrong pics up for rooms so its showing a room that sleeps 6 for rooms tht only sleep 4 so it screwed our stuff up because we had 7 people with us. But the hotel Manager at Red Lion is great and figured out a solution that worked for us.

The front desk staff knows me and welcomes me with a smile when I arrive. They have helped me with what I have needed. I stay here a lot for work and it is a great home away from home.

Was a good stay, next time in town will definitely be staying again.

The view of Flathead lake is outstanding. The staff was friendly and the premises clean. The price was affordable.

There is a restaurant/bar just off the lobby that is very convenient. Fast food within walking distance if thats your thing. Shopping across the street. Half the rooms have lake views. Always friendly staff and clean rooms.

The location was convenient for business visits. However, my first night (10/10/2023) was terrible due to hardly getting any sleep/rest with all the loud commotion (people fighting and screaming) going on down by my room on the first floor at 3am and went on for like an hour (felt a whole lot longer than that), surprise the police wasn't called.

Beds too high, needed a suitcase to get up into bed and I am 5’7” and mattresses horribly soft and uncomfortable. Staff very nice. Did not sleep well during our stay. Potato chip crumbs (or something snack related) on sofa and a what appeared to be a dog treat on floor upon our arrival. Sofa stained and dated. Breakfast was good.

THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE, FRONT DESK LADY SO NICE AND FRIENDLY, WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

Our only constructive criticism is that the HVAC made a whining sound that woke this light sleeper up every time the air circulation turned on and it was too stuffy to turn it completely off. Other than that it was an exceptional stay right down to the hot breakfast variety- excellent!

In two weeks of travelling and staying in Inns this is definitely the most favourable lodging experience we have had. Our initial checking experience was not as smooth due to ‘Expedia’ not transferring our booking confirmation over to Red Lion Inns in an ardently fashion

Loved my stay! I definitely will recommend this place to others. Room was great! Breakfast was great! Loved it!

The property was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the room was quiet. Barely ever heard the guests next door to me. The only thing that was not 5-star was the "free" breakfast. The powered scrambled eggs were nearly tasteless, and the sausages were pretty greasy. Not much selection offered. The coffee was also disappointing. But overall, this is a very nice place to stay!

Nice location, view. Comfortable bed and clean. Decent cardio workout room with a pool.

HVAC units were noisy. Hot water for showers was intermittent. No cabinets/drawers for clothes.

We were welcomed upon check-in by Drew. He became our go-to guy for our stay. We were sad that he was off on our last 2 days there. It's a beautiful hotel in a convenient location. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean overall, but they did not offer daily housekeeping. The food is decent at breakfast (we made fresh waffles), but the coffee was never good- not the regular, nor the decaf. We walked right across the street to Copper Mt. Coffee and that was good. Also, they say that the pool is heated to 85 degrees, but the water was very cold. We swim often & the water was not even close to being that warm. The hot tub was nice, but small. Not too hot and it had lights that change color in it. There was also a gym in there that was adequate and a laundry room (we didn't use). The room had a fridge & microwave and that was convenient. There was also a machine by the water fountain where we could refill our water bottles. We had a good stay and would stay there again.

Payed all that money for a room with no view of any did room#209, most of the hotels we stayed give some water this place nothing. Not even water, The service at breakfast bar was cleaning up by 9:00am there was some old scrabble eggs and a pasty grave. A man had to ask the lady if she was bringing more coffee? She didn’t loook happy, the fact that there were still guest’s coming to have breakfast. On a Sunday guest like to sleep in and its over at 10:00 which is fine but don’t stop not filling or cooking just because its 9:00

I had the lake view, and that was spectacular. The staff was extremely friendly and the room was great. I will definitely stay there again.
