The location is very good, close to shops and restaurants. The place is very clean, and the staff are responsible. When I come back to Milan, I will definitely choose the same.

The apartment was just 2 blocks away from the Duomo and the major shopping areas. It had everything we needed - space, kitchenette, washer/dryer, and the office being right downstairs. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and responsive. We had an issue with the washer and were out on a day trip the day before we checked out. We were stressed about having to travel with wet clothes but they sent the technician and took care of the issue, and made sure our clothes were washed and dried while we were out all day. Highly recommend and would love to stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Well appointed and had everything we needed. Little extras like coffee, tea, biscuits. Easy communication, check in and help with airport transportation. Great location! Only downside was the was some traffic noise, but not much overnight. AC worked great in crazy heat.
