Room servicing was terrible. No soap in the shower dispenser. Was not remediated when I asked and more than that staff did not even understand why that was an issue. It was ridiculous
They also did not replace the empty water bottle

Modern vibe , nice staff , overall great !! Tv in rooms don’t have Netflix so bring your own fire stick , great bar and gym ! Our go to spot great price !!

A loft is the right price and location. Room are modern and clean. The lobby is perfect for groups or teams with a cool hang out area and bar.
Con- they don’t have a microwave or toaster in your room or even downstairs. That is frustrating because when traveling with kids, it’s more cost friendly and convenient to be able to bring some of your own food or breakfast items.

This is a cool place to visit. Lots of activities in the lobby to do. There is a patio to relax at. And a bar in to enjoy a cocktail or two. Many workout rooms. A swimming pool. And more. It’s also nestled in a quiet business complex.

Room 313 has bugs in the bathroom
They tried to de-bug it and clean with bleach which only made us sick

Comfy beds, close to top golf and shopping. Clean area as a whole and felt safe. Businesses all around. Will be staying again. Only thing no microwaves. Sounds silly but it comes in handy.

Our Room was leaking from the storm. We mentioned it to hotel staff and they offered to change our room. We proceeded to try 3 additional rooms all of which were severely leaking water onto the desk attached under the window. Room was cold and wet smelling for the trip. Hotel property and Expedia refused to help with a refund for these circumstances. We used over 15 towels to keep the water under control.

No internet for stay. Impossible to do business. I am from overseas so using my phone data was my only option. Train horn was absolutely ridiculous for me and my colleagues.

They have good soap that doesn’t dry your skin out. The bed sheets were clean and fresh and no stains or bugs on mattress.

The hotel was nice and clean. My one complaint is the bed, as it was not comfortable.

The Wi-Fi was down our entire stay, couldn’t work due to it. Overall the hotel was great, can’t complain.

There were NO washing or drying machines available to the guests. This made things difficult as I had to take time from my vacation to go find a laundromat and wash clothes.

I have used this hotel several times. I come back because of its spaciousness, new modern decor, excellent checkin checkout experience and a quiet neighborhood. Early checkin is possible if they have rooms. That is super cool.

Always enjoy my stays with the Aloft brand hotels, usually have zero problems and a clean comfortable room. This stay was pretty much the same, only minor problems such as the bedside USB port not working and the bodywash dispenser in the shower being empty. Again minor issues and didn't take away from the stay. Staff was incredibly helpful. Check-in was speedy and room was ready early!

The guy Duke at the front desk had great customer service. it was a great stay, very clean and quiet. Beds were comfy. Will stay again next time we go to Levi’s.

I requested adjoining rooms when I made the reservation and when I checked in. When I got to my room, it was not adjoining rooms. The plug in the bathroom did not work and the lock between the two rooms (which I thought was adjoining) did not rotate, even though it should have. The staff was willing to have me change rooms, however, at that point, I was already unpacked and it would have been inconvenient. Parking was $16.50 seemed unnecessary and high for that area.

There's a bar that closed before 8:30pm. It serves food but not always. We asked to use a microwave to warm up a cup a noodle and was told no where did the hotel have one. Not much close by to find food. Staff was friendly, room was clean.

This is the perfect place to stay for a niners game. It’s within walkable distances to the stadium to avoid sitting in traffic. Nice hotel and clean room. Would definitely stay here to go to a game or event at Levi’s stadium.

We chose the property because of the proximity to Levi stadium. It was relatively easy to walk and there were lots of people so we felt safe. The hotel and rooms were clean. There was a bar, nice seating area, a pool table, and a place to play games which was pretty cool. The downside for us was the parking. When booking the hotel it said parking was $15. When we got there we found out it was $25 due to the event (concert). That should be listed on the site. Also, the parking was not strictly for hotel guests but public parking. We had to park on the street which was not okay considering the price for the hotel and the site said they offer parking for their guests.
