Really nice location with rooms looking out into the harbour. Staff are really nice and overall the rooms are very comfortable.

My stay was warm, cozy, and comfortable, and the views were fantastic!

The location is handy to Port Hardy and to other points of interest in the area.
The view is amazing - picture perfect when the tide is in. :)
The building is slightly older but the room was modern and comfortable and clean.
The best was the young lady at reception who gave us references on restaurants and things to see in the area.
We hope to return in the spring.

Not much to do. Small town so not many food options . Excellent to escape and be one with the ocean. The hotel was amazing clean and nice big tub, right on the water so we could sit out on the deck and watch the sea otters !

Rather expensive for an adequate room... a captive crowd waiting for the ferry.
The woman at the check-in, however, was very pleasant and helpful.

Excellent place to stay. Very reasonable rates for a water front view. Clean, quiet and very friendly. Great location. Will definitely stay again whenever we go back up that way.

The waterside location with a beautiful view of the harbour is lovely. The check in desk clerk was warm, welcoming and very helpful! Our room was spacious and comfortable.

We arrived quite late due to ferry issues but the friendly staff checked us in with a smile. The room was clean and well appointed, and the view in th morning was fantastic. The restaurant server made sure that my wife’s gluten and dairy issues were not a problem. Crab cake eggs Benny, yummy. The checkout was even friendlier with a map and local highlights recommended.

Perfect location for catching the ferry to Prince Rupert.Lovey Inn on the water front and small harbour. We would recommend it and use it again.

both times we stayed here one in july one in september we were told at the front desk at check in that the in house restaurant is closed.

The staff were great; friendly and helpful. Only restaurant open on Sundays. The room was spacious with a nice view of the harbor. Bathroom was modern and nicely aappointed.

It was adequate and close to ferry. Room was reserved for 4 people yet towels etc were for 2 people. We had to go down to desk to pick these items up. We were tired from a 16 hr. ferry ride and it was after midnight. They know rooms are set up for 2, they could have had them ready for us at check in. Not impressed.

It was perfect. Great location. The check in lady was great. Cheerful even though it was a late checkin from the ferry.

Only stayed one night coming off the ferry from Prince Rupert. Checkin was easy and efficient. The restaurant, attached to the hotel, was amazing for breakfast, both the food and the service! Highly recommend.

We spent the night at the hotel before catching the ferry the next morning. The lady working at check in was so helpful with our questions about ferry. The room overlooked the harbour and it was such a beautiful spot. Only wish we had spent more time here to enjoy such a lovely place.

Room was lovely but the lack of a restaurant or pub (closed for renovations) made getting fed very difficult. Hotel did not seem prepared with names of alternative dining suggestions.

We enjoyed a great stay in the ‘honeymoon suite’ celebrating my husband’s birthday.From the outside, this property looks like a motel, but, on entering our room we were greeted with a stunning view. Although the room could do with some updating it had a retro charm and was very clean with an exceptionally comfortable bed. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room had a fabulous deck and we really enjoyed watching the bald headed eagles and a beautiful sunrise. Eating options in Port Hardy are a bit limited so we were glad to have a restaurant/pub on site. It offered a good range and the food was well cooked and presented. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again in the near future.
