First, I'd like to say that I saw the pics of my room and it had a room with the electric fireplace, mine did not, just a heater. It snowed and we had no internet for TV for 2 days, not their fault, it was weather-related. Will I stay there again? No. But they were nice people, just a little bit wrong on their advertising. It's the little things: toilet paper was almost empty, paper towels almost empty, and showers were cold. One garbage can, no additional bags to refill. But hey, you have plenty of ice bags. Bummer.

Cleaning the room is needs to be better. A used wash cloth was just tucked into the holder for the hand towel holder. So many spider webs up in the corners of the room. No. Of the staff acted professionally. Like other people had written that nobody is ever in the office. Then have to call. Then it was like you interrupted them for checking you in or out.

Awesome small place to stay. Great rate and close to the ski resort!

Love it. Very nice and updated. My only complaint was that the shower curtain could use a launder or a new one. It was pink on the bottom from not being washed or changed out.

Friendly check in staff. Room was clean and convenient for us to start our morning with everything we needed right there in the room.

Timber the Inn host is amazing she makes the experience here top notch... we stay here every year when we go to cut down our Christmas Tree... Thanks so much Timber, we look forward to seeing you next year!!!

Super friendly staff that go above and beyond! Grounds were quiet and well kept. For community use, there's a fire pit, sitting area with picnic tables and propane bbq grill. We had room 16 which was tastefully decorated and very spacious. Beds and linens were super comfy. The kitchenette had everything we needed including counter space for preparing meals. Located in a nice neighborhood with Shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The fan in the bathroom didn’t work and the bathroom door wouldn’t close ( probably from all the moisture in there )

We so very much enjoyed our welcome! Anita, the property manager, was happy to greet us, had a gift of fresh fruit for us to take to the room, and walked with us to make sure everything was in tip-top shape; and it was. The kitchenette was sparkling, and well stocked. Linens and towels were of excellent quality, the room was comfortable and quiet, as was the outside of the property-very well maintained. We so enjoyed our stay that we are already considering returning next year for a more lengthy stay.

Our room was way better than I had anticipated. It’s newly remodeled, very clean, and the bed was actually comfortable!! I would definitely stay there again.

This is a not a hotel for the casual traveler/road tripper, such as my husband and myself. There is a two story 'flop house' that shares the common area of the property in back, where people in various states of undress and inebriation were yelling, playing loud music, and generally making noise from our check in until late at night. (A man painting our doorway was sporting a firearm on his hip, no wonder ...) When that finally calmed down, someone pulled into a parking space near our room shortly after midnight, leaving their lights and diesel engine running. When I asked that it be turned off I was SCREAMED at, told to go back to bed, and informed that he could do whatever he wanted ... Not sure if it was alcohol or drugs, he was not acting like an adult. At about 4 AM the first of our neighbors cranked over his vehicle and left for work, the next one slammed his work van doors and left around 4:30 AM. It was a shame because the pictures show very nice rooms, and make it appear that the entire experience would be pleasant. It was not, and actually has made me rethink staying in Pinetop in general.

I loved this place! It was clean, quiet, and very convenient. I didn’t see any staff, just spoke with someone by phone, but the accommodations were prepared in advance for our arrival.

Rooms were nice, was there for 5 days office was always closed couldn't get clean towels for a family of 5. Tv would work one day then you couldn't get service or something so it wouldnt the next day.

Staff were welcoming and very friendly. The actual room was good with all that we needed. The walls are a bit thin, so when our neighbors spoke loudly or turned on their TV it was as if we were in the same room. Overall a good place to stay for a good value.

I got charged twice, and was told I already stayed there.. here and payed again.. really pissed and have multiple charges through Expedia, been an Expedia app user for years, and have always been a fan and promoter, going to have to delete tomorrow and dispute the charges after the rep on the phone argued with me about being honest.. traveling is already stressful enough, this about sent me into orbit, thanks
