Very clean and tastefully decorated. All appliances and plumbing fixtures worked well. Good Cafe on premises. Good room size and comfortable beds and pillows.

It was great. But I probably would have preferred roe us to be able to walk to Provincetown. But that was only due to weather.
The only cafe/restaurant was not so good.

The bed was terrible. Needs new mattress and bed springs. The couch/sofa was very soft and hard to get out off.

I had a room next to the workers apartment and u could hear them on the other side of the wall at 5:30am.Very loud and disrespectful not worrying about other guests.

Pleasant room across the street from the waterside main hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Seating area with fridge and microwave allows simple meals. Staff very professional and kind. Excellent location.

Amazing view, wonderful location, the resort has everything you would want. The restaurant was fab. It is an older property but it is well maintained. My only complaint would be the condition of the slider on the balcony, the slider was stiff to move and the screen was binding and would fall off. I loved that we had a full-size fridge, and although we didn't make use of the cooktop, the kitchen was well-supplied and the beds were comfy. We'll want to stay here again.

You're paying for the views...the hotel is dated and needs a serious renovation...but again...the views alone is worth the stay...yes...you're literally on the water...staff was amazing...very courteous and efficient...

If you are looking for simple, clean, friendly staff and lots of amenities for the area, this is it! Don’t expect a 5-star resort, but this is a bit of a throw back in time. We visited with our 2 young children. They loved the indoor pool!! My husband and I loved being right on the beach, having a small kitchen, the cleanliness of the entire resort and the friendliness of the staff. It was our first time visiting, but we’ll definitely be back!

The Topmast was a great last minute choice while I worked on the Cape. The pool, tennis court, and proximity to the beach are all preferred amenities in like properties. The garden view room was quaint, but functional with 2 queen beds. The refrigerator and microwave in the room were handy when we were hungry for the leftovers from the the café next door.

I would stay here again! The property is a beautifully maintained beachside complex, close to P-Town and Wellfleet. I felt very safe and had a quiet night’s sleep. The staff is super nice and friendly. Top Mast is Top Notch!

It was a great time. Only spent one night as they didn’t have any other vacancies. I would have stayed longer. It was a last minute get away. I will definitely be back

While i was able to stay for only one night, it was wonderful. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the food and their friendly staff at the restuarant on the property.
The room was very clean. I stayed in a garden view room but had a wonderful view of the ocean and only a short walk across the street to it.
My room smelt a little mildewy but left the windows open and it was okay. I visited an ocean view room and it did not have that issue at all.
I loved the resort and will be back soon for longer stays.

Top Mast is EXCEPTIONAL. We booked last minute (literally 3 hrs b/4 checkin). Kerene, at the front desk, greeted me by first name. The room was immaculate and well furnished. Our private deck shore side - at high tide, water lapped up to the building - was amazing to enjoy the sunset. After which we enjoyed a swim & hot tub, but didn't have time to take advantage of the sauna, steam bath or fire pits. Tennis & other amenities also available. Morning stroll on beach topped our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was surprised the room was not air conditioned but it wasn’t that warm so not a problem. Beach front was very nice you could nearly jump if balcony into the ocean. The lights of Provincetown across the water were pretty. The room had a coffee maker but no coffee that seemed odd.

Overall everything was fine they just need to work on some new sheets or clean it well we found lots of hair on the pillows and blankets

The kids had fun and there’s lots of things with tennis, basketball, swimming pool, and beach to keep them busy. It was a close drive to fun sites around the cape too and you can get back to some peace and quiet. Wish the rooms were a little bit larger but it does the job.

I wish we stayed longer. From check in to check out, our experience was great. The hotel staff are all super friendly and helpful. We stayed in a motel room facing the ocean. It was better than I had expected. The room was nothing fancy but what an amazing view with beach access a few feet away. The pool was fun and there was a bar so that made it even better. Breakfast at the cafe was better than I expected. There were a few families there that we met that have been going there for 50+ years so that says something. It’s also only 10 minutes to Provincetown so you can Uber if you prefer to not have to park or drink too much. I highly recommend.

Everything was wonderful! I had a small issue that was very considerately solved by the staff and I had a very enjoyable time. The balcony was perfect and the spa was very clean and relaxing.
