Nice facility, comfy rooms , good breakfast ,reasonable rate.

If you work outside, heads up, fridges don’t have freezers. Woke up the first 2 nights to a domestic dispute told 3 separate employees. The night shift girl was rude and acted like she didn’t believe me. Was hung up on when I tried to switch rooms after explaining the situation. The place itself wasn’t bad but employee shouldn’t give an attitude and request that the customer find and fix a problem within the building U work here not me. Came to town to work and sleep. Didn’t get much of the latter even with 13 hr days. I’ll pay more and stay at the comfort, for the cumulative month I spend in Springfield IL

The blanket need to be washed with strong detergent. The color turn to grayish at the edge. We prepaid the room at Hotels.com in advance. At the time we checked in the price dropped . The hotel couldn’t make adjustments because of the prepaid. If we booked directly with the hotel and not through the Hotels App we would get the refund for the difference. Can you do something for us for the adjustment? These are the 2 issues we have for this stay. Other than that the hotel is good.

Room clean, bed comfortable, shower fantastic. Breakfast had more hot foods than most hotels.

Awful experience. The first room was dirty, smelled awful, had no soap, and had a clogged toilet full of poop. Moved to a new room which no smell, soap, and a functioning toilet. There was hair on the bedsheets. The whole hotel smelled like smoke. The people downstairs were shouting and slamming doors all night well past 2AM. We couldn't wait to leave.

The young man at check in was very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was well stocked. The only thing that worried me was the elevator.

I did not stay here and want a full refund. There were bugs in my room. The 1st bug i seen was in thr bathroom. I killed it and thought hey its getting warm they are coming out. I laided down watched tv and bout 30 mins later another hug was climbing up the ceiling. That was 1 too many bugs for me. I went tk the front desk and checked out. The front desk receptionist told me they dont have bugs maybe a fly got in. After telling her no they were not flies she took my keys and told me another hotel where i could stay. I was checked in for all of 3 hrs

The room we stayed in did not have a hotel directory to tell the hours of fitness and pool operation. The plumbing was not taken care of because the toilet tank did not fill every time and the shower bottom grill was gone in the bottom. The breakfast selection was limited to a variety of items and the orange juice containers were often time empty. None of the hand sanitizer containers had the liquid.

Great places love the atmosphere, but the television reception is very bad the last two times I've stayed there I've had trouble with the TV they have DirecTV I wish they would change and go to something else then it would be totally awesome but otherwise very nice place to stay

Overall it was okay for one night. The pool had to be closed so we only got an hour. It needs some work. The walls where peeling and cracked and so was the pool. It took a long time to be checked in and when asked for extra towels they were out. The tv had alot of stations which was a plus. Breakfast was mediocre.

The beds are hard. It was like sleeping on the floor. The housekeeper didn’t refill the the body wash or conditioner bottles so I didn’t have any when I showered. There was a hair in the gravy at breakfast.

There was grease on the bed stand like a pizza box and there was loud music playing in lobby all night. Thus the 2 4 star reviews

First room did not have heat. We went back to the front desk and they moved us without issue. Room was very clean. Fridge was fine. Did not use microwave. Bed was hard but comfortable. Shower was clean and good pressure. Dove products provided. Sink had low water pressure. Plenty of safe free parking. Walmart Aldi Pizza ranch Golden Corral within walking distance. Breakfast was the usual continental w bisquuts gravy boiled eggs waffle maker Good coffee and juice. Would stay again. Great for the price.

The beds were comfortable and the room was reasonably clean. However the other seating options in the room were extremely subpar. The desk chair was like sitting in a torture chamber. The other side chair was not remotely sittable either.

Very nice hotel. Room looked clean,but we found two pieces of trash behind the bedside table when we plugged something in. Also, the microwave was very dirty with a wet substance that soiled my neck warmer. Breakfast was good. Overall a nice stay.

No one at the desk at check in (~9p) which is fine, so I rang the bell (twice) that was located on the counter and waited a minute or two. No one came out but could hear something in the back room so, called to the back; “hello, anybody there?” The hotel employee came out and said in a very rude corrective way, “we have a bell!” So, I said I know, I rang it twice, she says, oh! Not, “sorry I didn’t hear it” just “oh”. Then asks me if I have a dog with me. I said, “no, why?” And that seemed to really piss her off. Her response was, because its our policy to charge $20 of you have a dog”! I am by no means an expert in hotel management and probably dont stay in hotels nearly as much as some, but I have never been treated so badly by a hotel employee nor have I ever been asked if I had a dog?!?!

Dont be fooled by the ambiance of the lights and decor when you walk in. This place is filthy with less than sub par customer service. From telling some of our guests that reservations were never made although they were charged, to having to clean my own bathroom toilet because there were pubic hairs and some sort of orange splatter all over the seat. Not enough towels in rooms (we had 4 guests- 3 towels- no wash cloths). Leftover food from prior guests still in the mini fridge. Signs all over say quiet time enforced after 10pm, though we were reprimanded for kids (not ours- we were in The lobby) running in the 2nd floor. And telling us that if we didn’t quiet down they would close the lobby. It was 7pm. Sure- we could have been a bit more quiet, but why are other children my problem? Mine were quiet and not running the halls. It was a huge weekend of sporting events in Springfield, you’re bound to have a bunch of rowdy kids together. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Find somewhere better in the area for $180 per night.

Great location, near places to eat and a Walmart across the street. Friendly staff and a wonderful room. They were very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay due to the weather.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Check-in was a nightmare and the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. My reservation was given away and I was charged nearly double what I had originally reserved.

The water was cold in the shower, and breakfast was subpar. We only received two towels and if we wanted more, could only get two and had to go down to get them. Not a great stay. We stayed by the elevator and heard it every time someone went up to our floor.
