Basic clean stay in the heart of downtown

Overnight on a long trip, motel was very clean. Beds were very comfortable.

Always a great stay at Knight's Inn Motel! The staff is amazing and helpful and will point you to the best food in Grants Pass. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. You really cannot beat the price either.

Great place that is reasonable. Very close to Rogue Theatre. Walking distance to restaurants.

Very friendly and accomodating! Was able to meet our requests with a smile! Room was very clean and big. Perfect locatio.n close to Rogue Theater and many restaurants and shops! We'll stay there again!

My expectations were low for a Knights Inn but the room was pristine. Roomy, with an extra easy chair, clean and new. Worth way more than the $89 we paid. Lost a star because there's a train track nearby but there were only two trains during our 12-hour stay.

Best place we stayed on our 3 week trip. Stayed here going up to Olympia and on the way back. Very neat, clean and comfortable. And it's within walking distance of a GREAT restaurant, the Lauging Clam, as well as a nice old town area with interesting shops. We've stayed here before and it's become our go to place.

Right in the middle of DT and walking distance to so many fun spots. The room was so clean and the accommodations of shower products was very nice. Have already recommended to friends!

I got a room for my parents that came to visit from out of state. Very clean rooms and super friendly, hospitable hosts. Definitely will recommend to all of my out of town family/friends.

Room looked as though had been updated. Chair was not clean and shower had towel hanging on door that had clearly been used.

Love the beds and the towels. Carpet was stained and not so clean. Check in was fast.

Lots of motorcycles running up and down the street all night. Long. Property is right on what appears to be the local drag strip.
Suspicious of rating inflation.
There are a few very good eateries within easy walking distance. Safeway across the street was also convenient.

Management was very helpful. Immediately helped solve a few minor problems. Probably an older motel but remodeled and completely updated. Even had a kitchenette. Great location one short block off main street. I will always stay here when I'm coming through town.

This hotel is located in downtown Grants Pass, near the Rogue River. It is close to shopping, dining, etc. It is very clean and bright, with a fresh coat of paint, inside and out.

Room seems to be newly renovated. We were pleased how clean and comfortable the room was. Exterior property is well-maintained, as well. No breakfast offered, but that's okay. We went to a local restaurant and had a great meal. I would recommend staying here.

You can tell the motel owner has put work into the motel. The rooms had nice beds, great bathroom spaces, and the outside has been painted. The owner was very nice and had great communication. We would stay here again when we’re in the area.

I really like the downtown location and its walkability. There's a Safeway right across the street. The rooms have a lot of amenities and pleasant to stay in. The staff were professional and courteous. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay here. The only negative is the train that goes by about a block or two away. It isn't a long train, but if you're not use to it, it can be a shock the first time because of its proximity to the motel. Everything else was fabulous.

This was our 4th hotel in a week and by far the most clean and comfortable! The price was very reasonable and the manager was very friendly and helpful! This is the only place I will stay in Grants Pass!

Very nice employee at the check in desk. Very nice accomodations. Great price.

The staff made sure that I had all that I needed and gave me directions to the nearest good restaurant. The room was clean and well kept up, although the bathroom seemed in mid-upgrade that still needed some work around the shower. The bed was comfy!
