Breakfast offered is just fine. The staff I encountered were pleasant- especially in the breakfast room and housekeeping (same girl). The pool was cloudy and needed attention. They certainly need more than one elevator. No bottled water offered in the room. Kurig coffee machine was great! Thought it was expensive for a midrange hotel.

The hotel room was clean, and had what we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The parking garage was free but was quite messy from birds and other.

It was a good location. Old but ok. The room, and bathroom were clean( with the exception of a used napkin under the tv stand. The breakfast was what we have come to expect, and part of the reason that we book with Holiday Inn quite often. My husband who wasn't on this trip with me just loves the breakfast ( price included in your stay). We did have noisy neighbors playing loud music at 6 am that was a little annoying .

After a long and stressful day, our hotel room was an oasis of peace and comfort. The room was immaculate and the staff were especially great in making sure our stay was the very best. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

Had to stay as my son was rushed to the hospital and we live on Salt Sspring Island. They were very caring and emoathetic, and exyemding my stay in the same room was not an issue at all, when my son had to go into surgery.

Clean rooms and good beds, good price, and breakfast included is a plus, but it needed to enlarge tables capacity for breakfast, it was hard to find a space in the morning.

My sister was visiting me so we stayed for one night solely for the pool but didn’t end up using it because it was covered in algae and looked disgusting. Overall the rest of the hotel was fine, little things here and there in the room that made us question how thorough housekeeping was but mostly just very disappointed about the state of the pool. Definitely could’ve just done drop in at the Y for a lot cheaper but was looking for a nicer experience.

Staff were wonderful, very accommodating, friendly and down to earth while remaining professional. I took off one star solely for the elevator situation in the mornings. One elevator for the size of the building is just silly & surprising. Breakfast was good, hot & cold choices and variety for children. My room was quiet and very comfortable.

Noisy room. Footsteps from room above were frequent and annoying. Doors didn't have dampening and slammed loudly.

Was perfect for me. I just needed a place to stay while waiting to fly out the following day. Happily walked to the casino and a few fast food places. Nothing negative to say about the hotel.

Our room had a jacuzzi and a kitchen. There were no robes for getting out of the jacuzzi in our room and no dishes or silverware in the kitchen. I asked for a knife to cut a lime for my corona and they did not have one. If these are the things I’m complaining about life is pretty good but for the price I expected the extras.

Got charged on my credit card 45.73$ even though I paid through Expedia and when I called the hotel and asked what is that fee for, the receptionist said is a mistake and he needs to investigate... The overall cleanliness is in decline, been staying in this hotel many times before and I can tell is no longer what it used to be... The carpet in the hallway on the second level is heavily stained and dogs walk around like it is a farm. Hope this review will motivate the management to take action...

I have an EV and the hotel provided complimentary charging right next to the hotel. The beds are crazy comfortable and they provided incidentals that I had forgotten. I would highly recommnd staying here!
