Very nice welcome from the staff, staff assisted with helping with my case up to my room. Easy access to rooms via a lift. Shower not very good as not very much water pressure. Room very big and spacious. Very comfortable bed I very slept well. Shame there wasn't any breakfast served. But overall a very good one night stay, thank you

It’s an old and not so maintained hotel, wasn’t what i saw online. Pictures online looks clean and new and luxurious, but met the opposite when I got there

Nice and fuss free check-in and check-out. The hotel is a stones throw from the sea front and has free parking (always a bonus) and there are plenty of amenities close by. The room was of a good standard and matched the reasonable price that it cost. There is plenty of nightlife and a great seaside pier, and whilst you can hear a lot of the activity that goes on outside, I personally did not find it a problem at all, if anything it was the seagulls who made the most noise. The only minor issue I encountered in the room was that I would have liked a more fast flowing shower, but it was not a huge issue and the water was nice and warm. I would definitely return to this hotel if I re-visit the area.

Bathroom was tiny. Sink right in front of toilet, so banged head trying to use toilet paper. Evening staff grumpy. Breakfast amazing excellent for the price with bubbly friendly service from Alison who was very smily and helpful.

Excellent price, good location just a couple of mins from the pier and beach. Room was clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable. Tea/coffee facilities great. Shower and toilet was super tiny but clean and with some free toiletries. It was noisy at night as we were close to other bars, but nothing you can’t sleep through. Unfortunately I could also hear the room next door snoring away. We were tired so we slept through but not sure if light sleepers would manage. Bonus was parking in front of hotel which was free. There’s also a car park opposite which looked very busy so we’re glad we didn’t have to use it! We didn’t try but there was also breakfast and the hotel had a bar.

Nice staff. 20 yards from sea front, Very reasonable rates nice clean room. I could want no more.

It is a budget hotel so not a lot of frills. But everything a traveller needs at a great price. Hotel is right by the peir and amusement park. No breeakfast, but loads of cafes and restaurants within a few hundred yards

was totally disappointed with our stay as you walk in you think aww this is nice with the lovely entrance then when we went to our room it was a different story was away for my husband 40th birthday and we went with friends i couldnt believe my eyes holes in the celing dirty marks on the sides mould in shower filthy toilet brush wall paper coming off net curtains ripped and stained just disgusting

The shower didn’t stay up on the stand so I had to hold it to shower. Every time I opened the window the ceiling tiles lifted making lots of noise.

Room was a clean standard room OK for an overnight stay but longer wouldn't be good as small rooms the shower and washing area was tiny I just about squeezed in the shower cubicle so like I say OK for 1 night stay.but would have to look for a better hotel with bigger rooms if wanted to stay for a week. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful.

It is a cheap and cheerful place but very clean. The On-Site Parking is shall we say "Snug". the hot tap on the sink in the bedroom dripped, and the sink taps really need to be sorted out. It could do with a shaving mirror above the sink as well. As I was on the top floor, the water pressure was very low in the shower, which was sad, but it is still useable and the hot water is there. But as I said, if you want 5* then expect to pay a lot more. I just needed a cheap place to sleep for the night and this suited my purposes perfectly and I would definitely stay again.

The cleanliness wasn’t good curtains didn’t close other guests slamming doors at all hours mirror not right height , cold water from shower sink to close to toilet not enough plug sockets for hair straighteners phone chargers cubords still had stuff in

When they say they have limited parking, they really mean it, 7 spaces for about 22 rooms. I did manage to park every day I was there but was arriving before 4pm. There is also free parking on the road for 2hrs and free between 6pm-9am so effectively you could park from 4pm to 11am. No internet in room, only good place for internet was the landing on the stairs. Room originally had 4 rock hard slabs of pillows, did manage to obtain one normal pillow. Curtains coming off curtain tracks. Bathroom sink plug fitting detached from plug hole. Elephants in the room above, ceiling creaking so much I was expecting company. Noise at night from joy riders and glass waste collection. Ceiling was office style polystyrene tiles with fluorescent strip light. Sign on front door requesting to wear masks but the receptionist was the only person who did. Breakfast was good!

The hotel is close to the beach and the town centre. Is clean and the staff are friendly.

A shame we had to pay another £ 24 for 2 nights parking. Hotel is right by the front so great to just walk out the door and explore. Booked the breakfast too, very good range of choice and really enjoyed our full English. Great way to start your day. It’s not 5 star but we had a lovely 2 night stay. Thank you.

Mattress had to be changed as we couldn't sleep on the one in the room. Had problems closing window but once we complained the manager sorted out the problems. Room dated but clean. Staff really friendly and helpful. Bathroom really small but ok for small stay. Ladies who do the breakfast really lovely nothing too much trouble food freshly cooked. Hotel near attractions but not too noisy. Parking limited there is parking accross the road costs £12 a day so need to take that into account. But i would use this hotel again. Good value for money.

I woke up with aches and lack of sleep every morning. The cleanliness of the room was bad too, hairs on floor and visible mold behind the ripped wallpaper. Also stained sheets. Lastly our only window in the room didn't close properly and would often fly open due to stron winds.

It's a budget hotel, so don't expect 5 star luxury. Having said that, the room was clean and tidy, the full English was very tasty (£6.50) and there's on-site parking. It's a 2 minute walk to the seafront, with plenty going on.One thing though; if the receptionist is away from his desk and you follow the instructions to "press the Find button", the button is the tiny one on the phone base unit. I kept pressing the obvious button on the wall! D'oh!
